I recently discovered a true hidden gem in Redlands, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The property is well-maintained, offering a unique blend of charm and comfort that made my stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a special place to celebrate, this spot is a must-visit. Redlands has a treasure in this location, and I can’t wait to return!

This property in Redlands is a charming hidden gem, but one issue stood out—the fake fireplace. The lightbulb was too bright and clearly visible, disrupting the cozy atmosphere it’s meant to create. It’s a small detail, but fixing this would greatly enhance the experience.

Breakfast was typical of most breakfasts offered at motels these days. It was good though. Bed was real nice. Room does not feel old or rundown. It may have been remodeled within the past couple years.

The A/C unit was loud and I had to turn it off during the night so I could sleep. Luckily after the room was cool there was a ceiling fan and I used that to keep the room cool to sleep. After I turned off the A/C I was able to hear that the refrigerator was also strangely loud and made variably pulsating sound that forced me to unplug the refrigerator to sleep and I did not get as much sleep as I wanted to before my drive back home. Safe will only fit a laptop or flat items. I could not fit my camera in it which usually I can in other motel safes.

Staff is always helpful. someone Always at the front desk. Check in check out so simple. Gosh, i’ve stayed here probably 10 times now to visit family and friends and everytime it’s pleasant. Don’t usually find bugs, maybe twice but it was one single one so definitely and outlier. My linens and towels are always clean. They give 2 little disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, a razor, shaving cream, and i think like shoe cleaning wipes? lol. they’re all tiny but it’s so nice because we have forgotten our toothbrush many times. And i’ve stayed other hotels, they don’t give toothbrushes lol. Free parking, you can see from your window which not everyone has. the pool is nice and has clean pool towels for use after.

The water pressure isn’t crazy. My husband is picky and mentions everytime we go it’s almost a slight drizzle.

Comfortable bed, nice decor.

Noisy neighbors: cars reving up shortly after 4 AM, music starting and staff talking shortly after 5 AM. Thick pillows, toiletry and towel decorations that just tell me they have been handled more than necessary, a turn off: i have to discard the 'nicely folded' tissue and toilet paper pieces and some more to get to the less handled parts, and not use the towels that have been handled too much.

THE SETTING IS BEAUTIFUL WITH VINES N GREENERY SURROUNDING N HANGING OFF TRELLIS, INSIDE THE ROOM WAS NICELY DECORATED N ARRANGED, BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH LIGHT LINENS THAT KEPT YOU WARMLY COMFORTABLE, CLOSET IS CEDAR LINED, SINK AREA NICELY ARRANGED WITH 2nd SHELF ABOVE SINK FOR SMALL ITEMS, LITTLE PACKETS OF NECESSARY NEEDS LIKE SHOE SHINE, SHAVING, TOOTH BRUSH N PASTE, FACE CLOTH WASH, BREAKFAST WAS FAST N EASY N VERY GOOD ! WE WISH ALL OUR EXPERIENCES WERE THIS NICE! I GIVE IT 10*STAR RATING

i love staying here when i come to visit family. after a couple hours drive my family and i come here and check in and its always quite fast. they have free stays for babies too which is nice because i never understood extra fees for infants. the front desk people are always so kind and so is the housekeeping staff. Arlette at front desk is extremely hospitable. She’s one of those faces you keep coming back for.

I have found that most all the bathrooms have poor water pressure (my boyfriend is picky.) The best water system we’ve found was in the king suite. sometimes you get a wanderer (not a guest) who just starts walking around outside. the staff usually resolve this quickly. I do think however they need a night guard as it could be dangerous for a woman to be shooing people off of the property at 12am

While traveling back to Arizona, we overnighted at Dynasty Suites and found unexpected little niceties here an there. The shower head is delightful and easy to understand. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The pool area includes saunas. Cookies on arrival are warm, and the free breakfast is full and in a time of expensive eggs, this one includes them, along with bacon and sausage.

The breakfast room could use more tables.

Very comfortable bed! Adequate parking. The staff cleans daily which is not yet typical after Covid, I find, at bigger and "brandname" hotels. It's nice to have breakfast included and access to coffee all day.

It would be nice to have one gluten-free pastry option for breakfast.

I liked there was a couch and coffee table when our kids stopped by for dinner. Also a fridge to accommodate our leftovers. I requested extra pillows & toothpaste and both were provided. The breakfast provided was exactly what we were looking for as well.

The Lotion and Conditioner cannisters did not work, so I couldn't use either of these products.

Was driving from Sacramento to AZ and needed a place to spend the night. Was able to make a same night reservation at 1:30 am. Wasn't expecting this place to be so cute and charming. Bed was so comfy. Room had an electric fireplace that was really nice touch for the cozy feel. Definitely plan on staying here again when we're driving to visit family.
