Pietro was amazing. Made us feel like we were family. He took very good care of us and checked in daily to see how we were doing . Staff was great, plan on making this a regulars place to stay.

I cannot say enough good about the people who work here! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The view was absolutely beautiful. The breezes off the sea were incredible. The hotel is situated on the boardwalk/ promenade and it was wonderful to walk to dinner, breakfast and GELATO!!! It felt a little like being on a cruise because of its creative design, circular port windows in the stairwells and the rails were very similar to that of a ship. This was a truly perfect place for my daughter and I.

There are truly no complaints but know the mattress is on the firmer side and the air conditioner only worked with the key in the auto switch so unless you were in your room for a long period it wasn’t cold.

Very smart hotel right on the seashore. We had a room looking out to sea and had the balcony door open all the time. Beautiful sunsets and it was wonderful to wake up to the sound of gentle waves. The restaurant, terrace and pool all overlook the Bay of Naples so if you like a seaview setting you couldn’t get any better. Wonderful staff. Used this as a base to explore Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento, all easily reached by train.

The restaurant menu didn’t change. Would have eaten there more if it varied. Plenty of choice with local restaurants though.

Great location for visiting the archaeological sites and exploring the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts. Amazing view of the Gulf of Naples.

No private parking is a big downside, especially in a place with so much traffic and not a lot of public parking options. They do offer discount prices at two garages nearby, but they’re on a leave-the-car-keys basis, which is not acceptable for a lot of people. Would stay again, if not for the parking situation.

Loved being right on the water and hearing the waves on our balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room was a great size. Huge beautiful lobby and terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Lovely walking area just outside the hotel.

No air conditioning available in the winter season, but the rooms got very warm. (It was around 60F during the day.) Luckily they can turn off your unit and you can open the balcony doors to cool off!

View! Sunset! Shower! Sounds of the ocean. It was an incredible stay. The staff were all amazing so were the cappuccinos. We never made it to breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Had a wonderful day at the pool and fantastic weekend away

Their pillows lack fluffiness. Very flat. I think for the price you pay per night pillow standards could be upped.

if you love the noise of waves and nature, and the view, its amazzing ... i slept each day with my door open to enjoy the sounds in the night adn the day from the waves .... beach is not swimmable at all as its not safe by european standards to swim in it ... but you can walk 2km from the hotel to a decent black sand beach ...... the pool is good and decent !

not being told that the beach was not swimming .. its a garbage dump beach with dirty water with no filteration system but at least doesnt smell ... i think when the government sorts the filteration of the water, this will be a hot property

The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable with a balcony with wonderful view of the bay. Breakfast was very good woth a large selection of food and you could eat outside to enjoy the view. Also, had a nice bar. The staff was exceptional.

Last night, a Saturday, right above us was a party room wirh a good size crowd and music. Could hear the music through the ceiling till it stopped around 1 am. Book a lower floor.

Nothing to dislike . Fabulous Hotel with amazing views of the Gulf of Naples. Room was upgraded on arrival. Food 5 🌟 quality . Staff very friendly and helpful . They went out of their way to help you . Would definitely return . A big Thankyou to all who made the weekend extra special. Definitely be back .

It’s biggest asset is its location, literally on the shore of the sea. The view from our. All’Onu was spectacular. It has a beautiful pool, but it wasn’t warm enough for us to use it. We opted to eat breakfast out, although they offer breakfast as an add-on for 15 euros. We were only there for one night, so we didn’t explore other amenities.

No free parking nearby, which adds about 15 euros to the daily rate. The price was double what we paid in our nearby B&B, even at the end of September.
