This is the second time we’ve stayed at Le Picardy. We were made very welcome and our dog was allowed everywhere, including in the corner of the breakfast room. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular Luana on reception was brilliant. The Hotel bar is very nice and drinks were reasonably priced. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious and in a lovely quiet spot. It was my husband’s birthday while we were there and the staff kindly gave him a lovely birthday cake. The hotel is a short walk to the Town centre and an even shorter walk to an amazing restaurant.

House keeping was a bit hit and miss and we had to ask for things almost every day eg: a hand towel, a bath robe, soap for the shower, and drinking water. However it wasn’t a big deal and won’t stop us going back, probably next year.

Beautiful hotel, receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The art decor style was really nice, right up my street. Room was lovely and big and the bath was just what we needed after a 6hr drive. We didn't have breakfast as we were leaving before it started.

Amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. So rare to find, but makes you appreciate that it’s the people that make the experience! We left behind my son’s toy bunny. we were messaged by the hotel within an hour of check out letting us know and offering to post it to our next stop. We ended up picking him up on the way home but the team were brilliant at keeping us informed and sent photos that I could show my son of his bunny’s holiday.

Some areas need a bit of maintenance but the beds were comfortable and it was a perfect stop for us heading off to the Alps and we will definitely be back. great value for money.

There was so much attention to detail. Everything was very pleasing to the eye and the soul. The interior design was spot on, the rooms felt luxurious with lots of added extra touches to add to the experience. The bed was really comfortable with high quality bed linen. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that It really was a wonderful place to be, and we will return.

I always wonder why there aren’t more hooks in hotel rooms ( coat hooks, hooks in bathrooms), that would have been nice to see. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was really high up on the wall, I’m not very tall so it was a struggle for me. The water took a very long time to become hot ( and could have been hotter even then, to be honest). It’s hard to criticise anything else as this place is near perfect 😊

Have visited Le Pic 4 or more times. No complaints re standard of accommodation. Worth also mentioning this is only a few metres from an excellent restaurant ‘Le 8’, important if you arrive in the evening and you want a great meal close by.

Nothing much. A very small niggle is that despite improvements in the breakfast, any hot food (scrambled egg/bacon) is kept warm but perhaps the hot service tray could be replenished more often or a microwave facility bought in for customer use, or hot food not presented at all, increasing the range elsewhere. Previously croissants were small but now a better /standard size. Coffee machine better since last visit. Coffee itself good. Tiny niggles. Still great over all.

This hotel was a great find. It was clean and comfortable and our room was a very decent size and was quiet despite overlooking the road. The air conditioning was bliss in the hot weather we had. We had our dog with us and she was made very welcome everywhere, including the very nice bar and in the corner of the breakfast room (away from the food). The staff were wonderful - very helpful and friendly and they let us try out our French and only helped us out in English if we got stuck. The hotel has a carpark across the road with a security barrier and although it was only small it was never full and we had no problems parking. The hotel is an easy short walk to the lovely town centre where there are nice restaurants and shops. It is also only a minute or so away from two upmarket, but reasonably priced, restaurants. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Great check in lady on the desk spoke very good English so great communication and good information There’s is parking at a charge but we had a Large van so we parked on the street which is free between certain times Our room was upgraded very nice clean large room looking out onto the street which wasn’t very noisy Has a bar and serves pizza 24/7 Not to far from the motorway (10 minutes) Would stay again and recommend

The AC in the room was not great our room was very hot

A relatively convenient location just 15 minutes walk of the centre ville and tourist attractions, railway station and with parking. We were kindly upgraded to a large room with a very comfy super king bed, lobby, bathroom and WC. There's work going on in the hotel but no disruption was caused. Nice to have an option for a small breakfast than a full one.

The towels were very soft but very small.

Room was fine - very clean with comfortable bed with a good bathroom & decent breakfast. Its in a relatvely quiet area, about a 15 minute walk into the centre of town - no noise at night to disturb our sleep! It has it's own small car park directly opposite the Hotel, which is handy if you're arriving by car. Reception staff were all very friendly & helpful. The Hotel has a 20's-30's vibe - Hercule Poirot would look quite at home in the lovely looking stylish bar area!

Worth the 5 minute drive from the motorway if using as a stopover. Walkable distance to a lovely historic town and square with al fresco bars and restaurants. Parking is on a plot opposite with key code barrier entry. It is not height restricted so okay with roofbox. Secure parking was €12 overnight. Rooms are clean, well equipped and decorated and the hotel has a fabulous art deco vibe throughout. Staff friendly.

There was no restaurant in the hotel for evening meals but plenty of options in walking distance.
