The room was ideal for what we needed in a stayover in Saint Quentin, if a little out of the way. The value for money was good and the breakfast, even in the small area, worked well for the guests.

The location was outside of Saint Quentin - perhaps that was clear on the listing, but we needed to drive into the centre so we could access the town. Although the hotel had WiFi it was very slow and unresponsive so it was easier to disconnect and use our data. The odd thing, which may be normal, is that in the room you have a Smart TV with access to Google and other internet apps, however it isn't connected to the internet and they block the access from connecting, so it was mainly just decorative so I'm not sure it was even worth being in the room. The bathroom, although it had what you needed was quite cramped. The room would benefit from some TLC as several of the door linings had been peeled off, I imagine from the traffic of guests.

Good location for the autoroute to Calais. Breakfast was good and we appreciated being able to make an early start. Staff friendly and helpful. I liked being able to have a hot drink at any time, particularly when arriving late afternoon after a day of driving.

The room was too small. Impossible to use the loo without knocking the loo roll holder. Hard to manoeuvre round the beds. To some extent this was mitigated by the availability of lounge area and hot drinks downstairs.

Another modern hotel situated in a quiet part of northern St Quentin convenient to the Autoroute network. The room, although small, was perfectly adequate with most of the usual facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole stay was very pleasant. As a much valued addition to the experience was that, despite the website saying that there is no restaurant here, there is a more than adequate bar food menu which our concierge was more than happy to prepare for us. Bravo! This is another excellent nightstop hotel. Thank you.

Not a thing.

Very convenient location for travelling through to Calais, calm, clean, good parking, rooms are small, but decently equipped, lounge is pleasant and free hot drinks are very welcome! Staff are helpful and the whole place is well organised. Discount with the local Buffalo Grill is great!

Breakfast is excellent in parts. Great coffee and juice, decent pastries, fresh fruit and yogurt, but beyond that the options are a little limited and the amount on offer is pretty variable.

We stay here often. It's perfect for an overnight stay when travelling through eastern France. It's easy to get to, there's plenty of parking, easy places to eat within a short walk, a cheap fuel station a few minutes away and the hotel has all the services you need. Staff are always good and price is usually at least competitive, and normally good value.

Rooms are small for anything much more than an over-night stay. Breakfast is well set out, but a bit limited in range of options... That said, it's decent value for money.

Danielle, receptionist lady, was excellent. She spoke several languages including fluent English, knowledgeable about the area and facilities, generous with coffees on arrival, and very pet friendly. How she remembered us from two years ago is testimony to her sincerity and dedication to her job. She is a true asset. The location is perfectly convenient for motorway overlanders like us. The parking is secure and visible from the room. The large grassed area surrounding Kyriad St Quentin is ideal for exercising the dog at any time. The 10% discount for a local eatery (100m walk) that accepts dogs was considerate.

Everything was excellent. Nothing to dislike.

We have stayed in this hotel (as Kyriad) many times and were disappointed to find it unavailable in July. We now know that this was because of the refurbishment period and change of name to Ibis Styles. Very pleased to see the hotel in the new look. We like the location because it is near to the motorway and has a spacious car park. Have always been very satisfied with this hotel.

Noticed that there are no longer any free drinks (bottle of water) or hot drink possibilities in the room. Coffee available from the machine in the reception area, so that isn't a problem, but I did miss water in the room. Will know next time to bring our own.

Excellent IBIS Hotel with good staff, breakfast and parking

Bar was poorly stocked for 8 of us and the location is far from anything except the Buffalo Grill next door. Not the fault of the hotel, but the grill (10% off if staying in the hotel), was also going through a menu change and had little to no food and two members of serving staff.

A nice little hotel suitable as a first/last stop after/before crossing the channel. Comfy bed, nice breakfast. Use of coffee/tea machine outside of breakfast free of charge, with a nice gesture of complimentary small pastries. Very clean, quiet and modern. Very friendly staff. Free parking. A bus stop and an American style restaurant 2mins walk away. Short bus ride to city centre.

Some rooms are on a really small side.

Location outside of town nice and quiet and safe. Dog friendly with a grass area out the front if you have your dog. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful.

The hotel is under renovation, it’ll look great once they’ve finished but there’s no working lift or decent eating or bar area. Dust all up the stairs, ceilings half finished etc but the room was fine. If it’s just a quick stop to put your head down it’s ok. Saint Quentin seemed very run down, had some nice bars in the center but didn’t feel safe to stay out late or leave the car parked up. Walking distance to the hotel is Buffalo Grill and a 5 minute car ride there’s also an out of town retail area with lots of other restaurants and shops.
