Great location close to the beautiful cathedral and the central square with lots of restaurants. Good and free parking just opposite the hotel, we didn't stay for breakfast as we had to leave at 5.30am. Good value for a city centre hotel.

The bar facility was very limited, the rooms were clean and functional but no bed headboards onto very rough wall. Switched the shower on and flooded the bathroom as the shower doors aren't flush to the wall and have a half inch gap at the edges.

Very good fresh selection of self service breakfast food and drinks. Convenient parking in the square opposite. Wonderful opportunity to visit the basilica directly opposite, and view from bedroom window also!

The ground floor toilet was out of use unfortunately, although this was presumably temporary.

Very conveniently located in the centre of town opposite the Cathedral. Room to store bikes inside the hotel which is a bonus. Comfortable room in the older part of the hotel. Good shower, comfortable bed, plenty of light. Very good option for a short stay. Breakfast was good, coffee good.

Check in assistant really friendly and helpful, helping us identify where to park and pointing us in right direction for shops restaurants etc. Very professional, full marks!

Breakfast staff just stood around and gave no indication of route to negotiate the self service, and were not attentive to replenishing empty dishes or bread boards on self service counter.

We arrived with a problem with our car as it wouldn't lock. The manager arranged for us to have the car stored at the Ibis Budget which has secure parking. Fortunately, we sorted the problem so were able to use the free municipal parking opposite. We had arrived late but the manager called a nearby restaurant, Chez Jean, and they provided an excellent meal at a modest price,

the hotel was very clean and comfortable and I slept very well!

Either the bottle or the water machine put hair and little black crumbs of something in my water. The water from the sink had a sulfur smell (maybe from the construction?)

We were on a trip of Northern France and just happened to pick Saint Quentin. What a great location and town centre. Hotel well placed and almost new.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We made last minute booking due to a mistake in another hotel booking, and we were very well received. Great help with much luggage and public parking info. Our small dog was made very welcome. Location excellent being close to main square with many restaurants etc.

On arrival the check in staff member Caroline was smiley, efficient, knowledgable, great smile and courteous. Good location, car park opposite, dog friendly, clean and comfortable. Breakfast good value and good choice.

The check out staff, not so good on attention to detail. Told us we had nothing to pay it had been paid in full the night before. In fact he forgot to change us for our wine and cheese. Caroline called me the next day to explain and apologised. I paid over the phone.
