Good Hospitality.. Awesome food.. Nice clean rooms with good view.. ♥️

I booked my hotel through booking.com. They lied to me.. In booking it’s clearly mentioned along with the picture that they will provide the double room but unfortunately the property doesn’t have the double room and moreover after complaining to customer care so many times, they didn’t respond, also they don’t have any solution to that.. don’t believe Booking.com sometimes they cheated on you.

Location & amazing but albeit little poorly staff … work in progress I guess …. The honesty & humility of house keeping staff was a treat … local recruit s I am guessing…. Pahadi people r the best

Front office ( reception) need to managed all time by more matured & well trained staff …. Not by 2 diminutive young female staff from a 4th grade hotel management school, my check in & check out was smooth however as it was handled by senior staff

Quick Room service, cooperative staff with polite behavior , Rooms are clean well maintained. I reached their by 11PM although restaurant had closed but they served Dinner special for me that's very good.

Although food was good but they should add some bakerie thing like cake cookies to make breakfast lavish.

Fresh breath of air away from town, staff is amazing especially in the restaurant and even the room service staff was great.

No lift access to enter the property…it isn’t helpful for elderly after a long road trip. Apartment was cold , mouldy and couldn’t get the heating working due to central air conditioning across all rooms. Room was changed next day. Loud with late night singing every day in the restaurant…Hotel GM wasn’t welcoming, didn’t seem interested in greeting guests. Hygiene: Floors were stinking like garbage schute or sewage

Best Western Dalhousie is a good hotel to book if you are looking for a comfortable stay with breathtaking view. The rooms were clean the staff was helpful and courteous. We got upgraded rooms with a great view, overall it was a best deal with arrangements.

Very clean and big rooms...good food and very polite staff. Guess its a newly built hotel and hence the rooms are clean and nicely done. We were in the valley facing rooms and will recommend the same.

Just the road is narrow...but in the mountains, one needs to be ok with that.

Perhaps if the Staff were a bit engaged suring high peak rush hours of Breakfast / Meals

Rooms are comfortable. Food is good n staff is very helpful. Check in n check out the process was comfortable.

The cutlery was not clean we kept on exchanging it. And there is no view from the room.

The hotel is quite new hence there is lot fine tuning going. The room I had was very nice with a nice view. The restaurant was good and we had nice breakfast and meals. Few things needs to be done and we conveyed it to the GM whom we met on check out. He was attentive to what we told him. All in all a good stay. We will stay again

Hotel staff was very nice and caring. I am impressed by their behaviour and services. Location is pretty good. Food was delicious and staff take utmost care to cater the need and taste of visitors.
