The beautiful pool, location and setting and the staff who were very pleasant and helpful

Our room wasn’t ready on arrival at 4pm so whilst we waited we were offered drinks, which we assumed were complimentary, but were charged for these. In addition to these two sodas, we ordered a Perrier and a beer in the evening and we were charged on check 35 euros for a total of 3 soft drinks and a beer! Very overpriced.

This hotel is amazing, it is perfect in every way. Peaceful and beautiful location. Staff are very friendly and professional at the same time. Rooms are spotless with comfortable beds. Restaurant is very special with great food and good choice of local wines.

Interesting and delightful hotel which seems caught between being a corporate set up and a holiday stop off. The food was absolutely delicious and an evening dinner here should not be missed. Very good breakfast with lovely fresh fruit as well as usual breads and yoghurts. Pool area and rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff most attentive. Views from bedroom of vineyard were much appreciated.

Beautiful position in the middle of the vineyards.

We had a problem which can be avoided . We came back after midnight . They gave us the code to open the gate . It did . But the main door of the hotel was locked . We called their telephone number . Good surprise , they answered but we entered in an unpleasant conversation with a lady very unhappy to be disturbed . In reality there is a lateral entry to to hotel but nobody explained that to us .

Hospitality by Rocco and his wife was beyond exceptional. We almost had individual service with cuisine to our taste. Food was brilliant but hospitality exceed all expectations. Rocco’s attention to detail and his wife’s smile made the stay thoroughly enjoyable. The chef is quite exceptional and at 22 years old was in the semi finals of the French Master Chef. What else can one say!!!

Everything here is perfect. Welcoming staff. Rooms are spotless. Beautiful surroundings. I would recommend making a reservation for evening dinner, truly exceptional with a choice of local wines.

This is a lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant. However, we had a problem because we'd booked through Booking.com making it impossible for the hotel to give a refund when we had to cut our stay by a day because our flight was cancelled and we needed to leave a day early. The hotel was really understanding and gave us an upgrade to compensate us. Wish I'd booked direct in the first place though!

Third time staying at this hotel. I love everything about it. The surroundings are beautiful, the staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Great breakfast and comfortable room.
