It is well furnished and receptionists Aynur and Alperen were very helpful. They are good in English . The location is very nice near to everything shops , Boztepe telefrique and Novada mall 15 mins walking.

The air conditioning turn off on opening the window and it kept turned off after closing the window. The windows are not fully opened they told me that this is for safety but it wasn’t convenient for me. I stayed for 5 nights with my family the breakfast was good for cheese lovers but other items need some variation as everything was the same everyday .

The staff was so helpful specially Mr.Alperen and Miss Aynur. They are good in English which is rare in Ordu. The room is well furnished and beds are comfy. A lot of shops is found in the same street.

The air condition stopped working many times as we opened the window and to let it restart working again was not easy. The window is not completely open they told us that it’s related to safety concerns but this was not convenient.

The hotel is new, clean, and quiet. The staff is very helpful, as we missed the flight time when returning from Ordu to Istanbul. The administration staff helped us to contact Turkish Airlines and booked us, thank God, from the center call on the same day. The breakfast is good, the breakfast place is clean, and the people in charge of the breakfast are very cheerful.

In fact, there is nothing I did not like, only the shampoo and conditioner in the private bathroom in the room is not up to the standard of Ramada Plaza by Wyndham because the hotel is in an excellent level of service provided

Everything was more than my expectations Confy suit,excellent auto park,very supportive staff especially Mr ali Amazing hotel and amazing stay. Thank you, ramada Plaza Wyndham ordu.

- 10 Euro penalty for loosing hotel key - pillows are not comfortable
