The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The location was industrial, but it served us well, and the price was ideal.

The location was industrial, and the noise from walking on the floor above was a bit loud. We did sleep well, and the facility was renovated 8 months prior. So it was okay for one night. The staff was really nice.

The property was clean and comfortable. It felt safe and Marisol Jimenez provided us excellent service! Her customer service was extremely professional and her hospitality services were truly appreciated!

The location felt a little different as we drove in, however, once in the building we felt as if we were in a different area.

Being newly renovated was nice and the staff EXCELLENT! The location is ok being off of the freeway is a nice plus but if driving through town its an older part and can have lots of homeless around but for most part id stay there again! The rooms were really nice!

The location could be better or maybe improvement on buildings close by A downtown upgrade so to speak

Fast and friendly service. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great little snack bar for children and adults. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Elevator scared me everytime I rode it, sounded and felt like it was going to break down.

I didn’t like the fact that they took the deposit out of my car without my authorization. My plan was to pay cash so that I could leave with my deposit in the next day and not wait for five days. Other than that, I like the place and the staff it’s one of my favorite places I like to go and relax very clean.

Was expecting to have a microwave in the room, had to use the only accessible microwave that was located by the front desk. Breakfast was the same thing everyday during our 9 day stay (bagels, yogurt, apples, orange juice, and muffins)

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff and a very comfortable, quiet, clean, aesthetically interesting and pretty hotel. I will definitely return the next time I have business in Modesto. And the coffee is delicious!
