Very comfortable stay in this very old refurbished house. Brigitte and Eric were great hosts and spoke good English.

I had contacted Brigitte before our stay and mentioned that a gluten/lactose free breakfast would be required for our two night stay. Sadly, even though there was plenty of notification given there was very little in the way of breakfast items, only a packet of gluten free crackers for breakfast and nothing in the way for lactose intolerance. However, my husband’s breakfast was good.

Everything. Phone/text ahead as you get close for Erik or Brigitte to open the gates for you to park. Hosts are delightful and very helpful, their dog Jack is gorgeous too, if like me you are a dog lover, the place is super clean and my room had everything you could want, towels, shower gel and shampoo, coffee and tea, I had a suite, and there was an ample sitting room, shower room was large too and the bedroom also a great size. Bed was comfortable, and there were even complimentary ear plugs in case the traffic noise was too much ( which it wasn’t at all). I had a large balcony with table and two chairs, it was like a top hotel. Table d’hôte was available at €25 euros and breakfast included in my price, both excellent, and chatted with the hosts and the other guests that had chosen table d’hôte too. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a beautifully restored early 1900’s property which suits me down to the ground

Brigitte and Erik have created the perfect home from home for their guests. Our room had its own sitting room, and we were also able to use the conservatory dining room to eat our own pre-purchased food. However, we thoroughly recommend the table d’hote, which we had twice - Erik is an excellent chef! Our hosts were very friendly, flexible and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and altogether they have created a place with top-rate facilities but with the charm of a French country house. We hope to return!

Brigitte and Eric were very kind and gave good guidance of what to visit in the region. The room was nice and clean. Fine homemade breakfast. We can highly recommend this place.

We liked the big garden where we sat and relaxed. Very quiet and peaceful. The room was very nice and roomy and had a nice extra sitting area with a fireplace. Our hosts, Brigitte and Eric, made us feel right at home and cooked a meal for us. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Welcoming hosts who spoke exceptional English. Unexpectedly there was a Fridge in the lounge seating area of the bedroom. Large modern bathroom. Pretty bedroom. Retail park close by. Breakfast plentiful. On site Parking. Strong Wifi.

Accommodation is a little bit far from the main city but the host helped us out on where we could to park easily in the city. The location booking really was my error.

Brigitte’s warm and welcoming character. She is kind and attentive to all her clients and goes out of the way to make you feel at home.
