We stayed here less then a day so unfortunately we didn't try breakfast. Yet, there were glasses in the room, the reception manager also gave us some kitchen facilities, and we could get water as well. The location is great: in fact in a walking distance from the bus station, the main park, trade street and various cafes. There's spacious wardrobe and a table in the room. And we liked the bedding and shower facilities.

During our half-a-day-stay we didn't face any problems, so don't know if they exist.

The staff that helped me was AMAZING. I needed an invoice for Booking.com, who was being extremely difficult. The staff was super understanding, helpful, and friendly even though the entire process was super annoying. I got really lucky too that she speaks English. Thank you so, so, so much!! Aside from the amazing staff who helped (I should've asked for her name!), the room was comfortable, pretty sizable, wifi was good, and there was breakfast with a good spread of items. Bed and shower were great too. The location is convenient, not too far from the train station and close to the city center.

The AC blows directly onto the bed which is a bit uncomfortable

Location was great, a few blocks away from main square and teleferrico. The hotel premises were very clean and all staff were incredibly professional and helpful.

Breakfast and cleanliness were great.

Everything was good, they were renovating so some stuff around and still not finished but the place is spot on.

The room was large with a nIce modern bathroom. Good breakfast selection.

The hotel was a little odd, with parts seemingly under construction. The free included parking seemed to be a strange informal arrangement with one of the staff a 5 minute drive away.
