Both Goffredo and Giavani were very welcoming. It was a wonderful family hotel in the true Italian way. We had constant advice and help with all things. Geffredo ordered our pizza, arranged our taxi, offered to drive us to the best restaurant, and even phoned the pharmacy when we lost our glasses. It's a wonderful island with everything Italian you could want and first class hospitality.

Be warned there are mosquitoes on the island you need to take repellent and cover up if necessary.

Alberto is very friendly, helps with whatever info is needed (on how to check-in arriving after the closure of reception, advices about visiting the must see part of the island, where to leave baggage nearby the port, buses..) and also offered a good espresso & I got bus tickets too. Thanks for everything. :))

Really atmospheric and cozy room with a cute little terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast. The bed was comfortable and bathroom pretty nice. Also good kitchen, although more kitchen supplies were needed for cooking. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good but not in the centre. We didn't mind walking though! The gardens and roof terrace were pretty but we didn't end up spending much time there.

the property was amazing. situated in a very large garden with lots of adorable cats running around. the owner and the assistant man were both extremely accommodating for the entirety of our stay. one night, the owner saw us walking home from the main port and drove his bike to go grab his car and gave us a ride back to the hotel without us asking! Goffredo (the owner) wants to make sure that everyone who stays there feels like they have been accommodated. he gave us a list of recommendations and a map upon arrival. he asked us if our room was okay multiple times and would have been willing to switch our room for us if we did not like it, but it was great! the rooms are very authentic Italian style. some in the reviews say they are outdated, but I think they are perfect! there is also a very beautiful rock formation beach area very close to the hotel. if we needed anything, they were happy to help. would absolutely stay again. the only recommendation I have for others is to go further than your GPS says to find the hotel. we had some trouble finding it, but we are also not the best with GPS. keep walking down via del faro and eventually you will find it with a blue patio out front and huge garden.

The hotel looked amazing and was just as accommodating. The amenities were all in excellent working condition. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. If I am ever back in Procida, I know where I am staying!

Checking-in and checking-out was very quick and easy. I was given the warmest welcome!! On arrival, I was offered a coffee and some water, and help with my luggage which was much appreciated. I was also offered a very useful map of Procida, showing the port, all the beaches, bus service routes (all free), and much more besides. My room was spacious with a lovely view/ access onto one of the many gardens. The bed was very comfortable; the bedlinen was particularly lovely. There was also a well-equipped and clean kitchenette. I could choose where I wanted to sit outside and have my breakfast. The breakfast consisted of good coffee, warm croissant and toast and jam. I was surrounded by palms, hibiscus and other luscious plants; the only sounds were birds tweeting and a distant sound of a ship arriving in the port. In the past, after checking-out, I've been able to re-charge my phone and have a shower before leaving the island. This time, I just needed to leave my luggage safely on the last day and know that a taxi would arrive on time - both of which occurred. I have visited Procida on a number of occasions over the past 10 years or so and I have stayed at the Piccolo Tirreno Hotel several times in the last 3 years (before and since the pandemic). The staff could not be more caring, friendly and helpful, and the hotel is lovely and quiet and restful.

The bathroom looks a bit dated but it was clean and spacious . Everything worked well and there were plenty of towels.

Awesome spot, 25 minutes walk from the port but far from the effervescence of the city centre. Great place to rest, incredible terrace. Great point of view just next to the residence. Alberto is really helpful!

The garden is beautiful and there are lots of lovely places to sit and relax outside. The staff were very good - friendly & helpful. The location is good - very peaceful but we could walk to the port area quite easily.

The standard of accommodation is homely and characterful. it's an interesting building and good value for money but you're not getting glossy / high end fixtures & fittings.

The gardens are fantastic, so lovely to sit out and eat breakfast in a quiet area. Breakfast was served quickly and it was enjoyable. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, also helpful with tips on local points of interest. Our room was spacious and very quiet. The closest sandy beach is a 10-15 minute walk and wasn't very busy. Overall a really pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend and return!!

It's about a 20 minute walk from the port and the restaurants but there are public transport options. The mattress could be more comfortable as they are quite thin. It seemed like the fridge didn't work but we didn't actually need it.

The property and staff were very charming. The garden and roof terrace were well maintained and very beautiful. There were lemon trees in the garden.There were lots of sun beds available on the roof and there was a nice view of Procida. There was also a shower on the roof! The staff were really friendly, and even gave us a huge slice of fresh water melon! There is a Dok supermarket about 7 minutes away and the bus stop is around 3 minutes away- the buses are free to use this year. There are also two different beaches in walking distance ( one is rocky and the other is sandy)

The room was a little old fashioned, but was charming. It would have been nice if the pool was working.
