Good selection at breakfast. Nice pool. Good bar. Comfortable room.

Very slippy shower and no bath mats for the ‘in the shower’ area ….. dangerous! Sun loungers far to low to be of use to anyone elderly.

A lovely welcome after a long journey and being delayed and then having difficulty in finding the hotel. It was great to have a restaurant in the hotel that was open later than 9:00 pm. We had a lovely meal and after walking the dogs we retired to bed early and enjoyed a good night's sleep. We will certainly make your hotel a stopping point on the way from Spain to England.

The hotel was very difficult to find. Our satnav took ust to some flats in the centre of tow initially. I should have taken more time setting it up. We were late and tired so the delay in finding you was irritating.

All really good except one side f the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable with springs

The kids loved the pool, trampoline & table tennis. We ate there 2 nights and all the family were happy! Great base to explore the Pyrenees. We went Canyoning & rafting, great experience.

It's a little far out from Pau and there are no restaurants or bakery's within walking distance.

The room was lovely and spacious with a dog. The food was basic but beautifully cooked. The staff were very helpful. We had a quiet room (as requested).

Breakfast could have been better. Proper mugs in the room would be better than paper cups. We paid for an upgrade to a room with private access for the dog but didn't get one.

Beautiful setting, the pool was lovely, the hotel was tastefully decorated.

The evening meal was disappointing however the breakfast made up for it as it had a great variety.

Good location. Everything we needed for on one night stop over driving to Spain. Restaurant was nice but also other choices nearby if needed.

Great staff, and although I speak French it helped for the others in our group of 4 that the staff spoke English. Small swimming pool is good for a quick plunge. Good restaurant for eating in, and a nice bar. Excellent location for a stop over on your way to somewhere as it was easy to access, and easy to get on our way in the morning. Good disabled facilities, and secure parking.

Lovely pool, beautiful landscape to enjoy a nice varied breakfast. Dog friendly!

Bed was a bit firm and the bathroom wasn't well laid out for young children but would not put me off returning. Lovely staff and hotel.

Breakfast OK but needed more yoghurts & variety of fruit. Staff did very well considering the power cut whilst we were there.

Toilet incorporated into the bathroom. Firmer pillow choice.
