This hotel was for a stopover from driving from Hungary back to the UK. It was about halfway through the route we drove, and it was a welcome stopover. The hotel is perfectly located just off the motorway, and it was also next to a shopping outlet, petrol station and even Macdonalds. The room was absolutely perfect and comfortable with great beds and a lovely bathroom. I would definitely come back here if driving through Europe again.

The only thing that would have made it better would have been able to have a meal in the evening. I believe it only provided breakfast. Unfortunately we didn't stay for this as we had to travel earlier than when this was open. Also, no hot drinks for a morning wake up. If there was, then we were not made aware of this. Another thing I noticed is that there are no staff available during the night. Not even on reception? Maybe this is a thing in Germany?

Modern hotel with smart facilities, own parking (for 5 EU per night), close gas station and mc donalds. Close to shopping village and 20 minutes to Werthaim center.

Air conditioner was not effective - I suppose that it related to season. Sometimes when tourists group have a breakfast so need to wait for some food refresh.

The location is according to my opinion the best part of this hotel. It is 2 minute walk from a Mcdonalds, 8 minutes to Losteria and 10 minutes to the Wertheim Village. There is a gas station right next to it. The staff was super friendly. Very supportive and speaks both English and German very well. They even helped and guided us on how to go about with the agenda. WiFi worked really good.

The breakfast I think could have been much better given that they are charging 17 Euros for it. The options were very limited (what they are giving in breakfast) and I think that refilling too could have been much, much better.

Location is fantastic if you’re on a road trip and just need to stop for a good night sleep, it’s perfect Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Staff are very polite. There is a beautiful designer outlet walking distance from the hotel if you’re in the mood for some shopping

Very convenient location. Extremely friendly staff, and they were impeccable in ensuring my daughter’s toys that we forgot in the room were posted back to us. Very attentive

All very good, I would only say that perhaps it was not very cheap, compared to similar hotels we stayed in the same period.

That daft check in outside it took ages to check in and not very responsive to my operation, however it may be my age

Hotel located close to the highway. Nice, modern and clean room. Good breakfast with a lot of choice and fresh food.

There was no minibar in the hotel room. (i saw only the next morning the possibility of the automat on ground floor). Probably due to late arrival the evening before.

No staff on Sunday pm. Screen at the entrance doesn’t work. No possibility to make the check in by ourself. Thanks for the guy who’s coming to open us.

Convenient for an overnight stay. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast and a lift. There was a large McDonalds opposite the hotel, where there was a choice of dishes.

Staff didn’t make eye contact.

The hotel was excellent. Check in was very efficient. Parking was just €5. The room was a good size for our family of 4. There is a petrol station right next to the hotel.
