The staff was amazing and welcoming (except for one girl at the restaurant at night who was kind of unfriendly). The bed and pillows were super comfortable, bathroom totally correct and everything very clean. Location very good, easy to get to the vieille ville by walking. The breakfast was super-good and fresh, and the boy that was attending, very detail-oriented, he recalled having brought us a milk jug for tea the day before and brought it to us directly the day after.

Dinner was not particularly good, (I had black angus and it was difficult to chew, and the two starters we ordered were a strange mixture of flavours; not very successful), neither the live music at night. Parking is 25€ night, bit expensive. Hair conditioner at the bathroom would have been appreciated.

We loved the hotel’s elegant aesthetics, its’ ethos and compassionate understanding of a guest’s needs and requirements. Outstanding breakfast for choice and quality of ingredients. Hugely comfortable bedroom, quality linens and fantastic pillows. The high-end bathroom toiletries were exquisite and last but certainly not least, every single staff member was kind, courteous and very helpful.

Rooms not very well insulated (sound). On Sunday the hotel dismissed the breakfast at 10am despite the documentation of the hotel referring that breakfast is served until 10.30. when asked to complete our breakfast (it was 10.10), the employees where not keen on serving us, despite having paid for the breakfast. We would recommend to have a clear notice about the closing hours on Sundays

Upscale feel and very friendly staff. Patient front desk that helped us get our bearings and find some cool places to visit. Very clean and classy hotel at a fair price. On site parking is available for small fee if needed. Definitely will be back if in area again.

This is a lovely designed place close to Toulon Hyères Airport and was perfect for our last night stay. Very cosy and comfortable.

The only recommendation I would have - The property offers parking but it costs 25 £ a night. I didn't expect to pay extra for the parking and found the price too expensive - it came as a bit of a surprise.

Amazing decor from the lobby to the restaurant and courtyard. The Junior suite was big and beautifully decorated. Local art everywhere, this hotel is a gem right in Hyeres city center.

Beautifully designed, especially liked the outdoor terrace and the landscape design at the terrace and pool areas.
