This is my 5th time staying at this hotel thru out my stay at hatyai. I just love the ambiance. It's so convenient to any where especially central festival, asean night bazar and macro. It is just by walking distance. The bed was so comfy and the decoration was simple yet cozy.

One thing lacking was there is no single mirror in the room. It is so troublesome to make up in the bathroom with the lighting so deam and you need to wait for the bathroom to been vacant. I suggest to have at least 1 mirror hanging next to the cupboard in order for the other partner to be able to get ready without waiting to use the bathroom. Second maybe the management could start preparing menu for the muslim with variety of halal food. As I can see that most of the visitor are currently muslim malaysian as well.

Clean , very comfortable . for the first time i dont have any complaint or bad review from group i bring to stay here . i book 32 room for 65 person . and everyone love it . also every room have microwave . breakfast cheap and delicious but after that i realize they cook pork too , so to the muslim . please think twice if you want to bf there

Nothing , staff really helpful . please remind yourself that they were really keep their hotel clean and smell good . my group need to pay fines 500baht for smoking in the room which is very wrong , i pay it without any complaint .

Thank you, Bhava, for giving us the best place to stay! We arrived early and got to check in without any extra charges, and even when we requested a late check-out, there was no additional fee. The staff were super friendly—they even offered us an umbrella when it was raining since we were heading to Central Hatyai, which is less than a 10-minute walk away (just need to cross the road). The room was beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The whole hotel smelled amazing—we love this kind of vibe! Plus, the warm lighting made it feel like we were on a honeymoon. 😂 We’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

excellent breakfast! good value for money. Superb housekeeping! Love the sitting area for breakfast and thereafter for working. There is in-room microwave and large enough refrigerator which was excellent. Good area for access to malls and some shopping. Safe for walking around. Lovely Thai hospitality as usual!

Water pressure in the bath could have been better. Some mold and faucets falling apart. Lighting too dim. These can be improved on. Also, very less mirrors in the room and the view facing the car service garage was not appreciated.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We asked the staff to help us with restaurant reservation and it was kindly done. All our questions were satisfactorily answered as well. Room is spacious and comfy. Toilet is good. Some of the items (lamp, clothes hanger in toilet, tap) were not in perfect conditions but for the price we were paying, we cannot be complaining. Super value for money. Travelling was so easy as we grab everywhere. Grab drivers know the hotel very well so no issue at all.

We had the loft room and it was a bit noisy at night due to the aircon condenser and water dripping sound from the toilet. If you're a light sleeper, book the mountain view room (my parents were staying in that room and it was fine, no complaints from them).

I liked that there’s a fridge and a microwave in the room. Iron and more drinking water were also provided upon request. We also got our towels changed on day 2. The mall and makro were both within a long but bearable walking distance. An amazing extra point is that our room had a malaysian power plug.

Everything was good except for the wifi. I had to attend to a work call on my first night there and although I could connect to the wifi, there’s no internet connection. Was utterly flustered by that but quickly sorted it with friend’s help.

Overall are so good. Comfortable room. Good service. Big fridge and have microwave in the room. I book superior king room. The location is just beside Makro (big supermarket) and opposite Central Festival (big mall). Can walk to greenway night market (10 Mins). I usually take grab to lee garden that area but it only takes 5-10mins so is not a big problem. The hotel is inside a lane so individual is abit scary to walk to outside. Nearest 7-11 has to walk 10-15 mins 😭

No 7-11 around but they did provide microwave inside room so you can buy things from 7-11 and heat in room.

I checked reviews in booking before i booked this place and i saw, have many reviews and good reviews as well. But the pictures in the system are not very interesting. Finally when I came to check it, everything much more better than I thought. I like the location, the room was so nice and clean and sunrise view in the morning so amazing. Absolutely back to stay at this place next time.

same as advertised. very much recommended at such reasonable price!! have laundry at 40baht and dryer machine at 50baht, detergent at 5baht. inside the room, they provide microwave, fridge and hairdryer. the place also just walking distance to central hatyai, asean night bazaar, 7e, greenway. at night, we had a good sleep bcs the place is not by the busy road even it is in the central city. the staff also kind and very helpful during the stay.

soundproof? maybe yes and no(?) we cannot hear any other rooms from inside of our room but can heard of ppl talking outside.

Staff members were very polite, ambience was good. Enjoyed the hip cafe feel, facilities were all in working order. Microwave was very considerately included for warming up snacks =) Convenience wise the location was very close to Makro, maybe a slightly longer distance from local foods apart from Thai Carnival which was tourist based and charged more. Breakfast was superb at only 89 bht.

Side opinion: would have appreciated being asked what sights we preferred before being offered the room, because as we were leaving on the last day we noticed the the room opposite ours had a much better view. Walls were thin as we could hear what was going on in the corridor and we were lucky our neighbors were not of the noisy kind.
