Reception staff were very helpful and nice. Also restaurant staff were kind and friendly. I was able to find parking at the front of the hotel (w/daily rates). Hotel is dog friendly, one of the most important things to choose for. Cleanliness is very good.

I paid full amount via bank card online (not the credit card) but I was told it was not paid. I shared transaction details from my bank via email. I don’t know why booking did not process the payment but it was only bad thing about the stay.

The hotel is ordinary. As for Paris at this time of year, the price was normal. The rooms are not new, but everything is clean. Downstairs you can drink coffee, water and even homemade lemonade for free. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to the center.

It was inconvenient to take food, as cold cuts, vegetables and fruits stood in a vertical refrigerator and you had to open it, hold the door with one foot, open the lid of the container with one hand and somehow put your food with the other. It gave the impression that I was looking for food in someone else's refrigerator. One day they cooked delicious scrambled eggs, and the next day, for some reason, there were only boiled eggs.

I really liked the room, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated the possibility of getting some cooled water and ice down at the lobby, as well as some free coffee. After check out, they stored my luggage until I returned a few hours later and went to the airport.

I was visiting during the Olympic Games, so the price was quite high.

- 5 minutes from the metro station. - Quiet residential neighborhood. - Super helpful staff, notably Jesse.

- some metro stations were closed which was a problem because the hotel’s location had access to only one metro line. - below average breakfast.

The Staff, the cleanliness of the room, the kettle and tea/coffee in the room. The water fontain at the reception. The location was also good, at a walking distance from our client's offices.

The room a little narrow, little space between the bed and the walls but it is often the case in Paris.

The breakfast was very tasty, with lots of options. The room was nice and clean. Towels were changed every day. The personnel was always friendly. From this location, it's easy to reach, both in the city center and to Stade de France (for concerts, sports competitions, etc). We would, definitely, return at the same hotel.

Great accommodation for Levallois, actually Paris. Calm neighbourhood, supermarket, metro and restaurants are close. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are great and up to date. I know a couple of Hotels in Levallois and this is one of the better choices

I got a good deal but unfortunately regular prices are to high on avarage

Everything is modern and clean , great area very safe and beautiful

The fire alarm was set off 2 times during our visit so was a little annoying but other than that everything was exceptional

Close to metro and shops, lemonade on table

Low water pressure in toilet (problems with taking a poo into the pipes), there were no vegetables on breakfast

Nice staff, clean, good and various breakfast.

The room was small, the balcony was very close to another part of the building, so no view at all, only close view to other rooms
