We stayed at Iris Studios in Agios Nikitas and had a wonderful experience. The studio was exactly what we needed: a spacious room with a private bathroom, a balcony with sea view, and a small kitchen area equipped with a stove, kettle, cutlery, and everything necessary for simple cooking. After a long journey in the sun, we were so happy to find air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh sheets or the bed neatly arranged, which added a lot to our comfort. There was plenty of storage space, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and even a vanity table, plus a drying rack for clothes – basically everything you might need. The property also has a lovely garden with a bar, adding to the nice atmosphere. We felt safe and well taken care of, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful host who was always available if needed. The location is excellent – just a few hundred meters from Agios Nikitas beach and very close to tavernas, a supermarket, souvenir shops, and the path to the famous Milos beach. The value for money was outstanding, especially for such a charming village in Lefkada. This was our very first trip to Greece, and staying here made it truly special. We would definitely recommend Iris Studios to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and welcoming place in Agios Nikitas.

We stayed in the apartment for just under two weeks and had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The location is amazing, with a beautiful view of the village and the sea. The room is spacious and includes a small kitchenette with a stovetop, dishes, and a kettle — perfect for making your morning coffee and enjoying it on the balcony. The host is very friendly and takes the time to share everything you might want to know about the area, the beaches, and how to get around the island. If we ever come back to the island, this place will definitely be our first choice.

I loved that it was just the right amount of walking to the beach and all the stores and restaurants! The view was amazing as we could see both the beautiful houses in the centre and the sea. The host - Christopher, was always ready to help! We were ill for a few days and he did everything in his power to help us. They have a bar at the floor level and we went there almost every day. Such a nice, cozy place. Everything was superb and we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. 10/10! And Christopher.. hope to see you and your lovely family again one day.

Iris studios are so cute and traditional. We only had 2 nights at the end of a trip. Christopher who looks after it with his family was very helpful and chatty. There is a little bar with good priced drinks. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within 5 minutes walk. Lovely view from our room down to the sea and watching the reflection of the sunrise on the hills opposite. Aghios Nikitas has many restaurants and some nice bars. The water is crystal clear and the beach area is gorgeous.

Christopher and his wife Maria are really great hosts. They tried to help me in all situations. They really want to help. Lefkafa in whole and Agios Nikitas is really beautiful place. And the most beautifull beach in Lefkada - Milos located in 25 minutes from the apartment (road across the mountain). If you will stay here you exactly value the view from the balcony. It is a fantastic.

Everything was perfect! the location is excellent, 5 minutes' walk to the very center of the village. The room had a beautiful view of the sea and the village. Very clean and tidy. The hosts are very kind and willing to help with anything needed.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first. The accommodation is really clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect location—close to shops and attractions, yet quiet. The hosts are friendly and make sure you have everything you need. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. I’ll definitely return!

Amazing stay and very nice owners. Good location close to the beach and the heart of the wonderful Agios Nikitas. The accommodation is clean and equipped with everything you need and daily cleaning service. Parking on the street but the owner helps with that so no worries.

I liked the room was big and clean, the balcony had sea side view. The owners were very friendly and willing to help with anything. When I arrived there was free water and chocolate in the fridge, very nice. The service was like in hotels, the trash was taken out every day, bed sheets and towels were changed during my stay. The property has also a small garden with shadow and a bar where one can sit at noon or in the evening. The property is not far away from the beach.

One night the neighbors were too noisy and disturbed my sleep, but that is because they were not paying attention on the quiet time rule after 23 PM. The rules are printed on the door, each guest has to check them out.

Great apartment, a bit retro, but it has its own special charm) very clean and everything for a comfortable stay, great location, close to the bus stop, beach and shops. The owner is very attentive and helpful. We will definitely come back)
