Pedro is honest, fulfills what he promises. I got a not so good room on the ground floor, but he provided me with a better one in two days. I like terraces. accommodation has its own parking lot. the location is solid for Katizma and Nikitas (Milos). the place itself did not excite me. there is a good bakery right next to the apartment. my stay in Lefkada was not the best, I'm a woman 50+ I had my own car but it's a lot of torture for me. beaches are more difficult to access except for Katizma. the boat from Nikitas to Milos didn't sail for 5 days because of the waves, I can't go on the goat paths with an umbrella. Porto Kaciki and Egremni are also difficult to reach. The accommodation is of the lower middle category, do not count on a lot of cooking because the space is small. the yard is nice.

Amazing!! The place is great, location good, it is near the city and most of the beaches. There are markets and restaurants right away and a big parking from the property. Every day our room was cleaned and the lady even made our bed. We had issues with the internet connection and we told our host Pedro which is very nice by the way, and he went to the city to buy new router and cable so our internet was fixed immediately. They are very helpful and kind. We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Lefkada.

There is nothing I didn’t like

The place is in a very nice location, surrounded by olive trees. The owner Pedro is a very nice man, very helpful. Apartmant was clean and had everything you need for a vacation. Infront is a big parking lot, a coffee bar, supermarket, bakery.. small cozy village on the main road but no traffic to bother you, peaceful and most important- all the best beaches are within 30 min drive. You can explore everything very easy. Also, dowtown is 15 min away. I highly recommend staying at this property.🇷🇸❤️🇬🇷

Everything was wonderful. Although we arrived well before the announced check-in time, people knew how to get us in as quickly as possible. The host Pedro is extremely responsive and really cares about his guests. It is kept clean every day. We will definitely visit again

The end of the holiday.....

Great owner/host (Pedro) who makes sure you are settled in and have nothing to worry about. If you want traditional Greek hospitality, great service and a friendly chat with good tips and advice where to go or where not to go - you are in good hands at Pansion Filoxenia. Right from the start (no fuss when checking in, super fast check in) and a super friendly welcome, you feel you can settle in and relax. Private parking available and also.. my car had an alarm flagging all the time and I asked if Pedro could tell what it was, he instantly checked under the hood and also called the rental company for me, talked to them in Greek, and made sure that they were notified and up to date about this, to resolve it asap. Pedro is also the guy who you can have a chat with, if you’re up for it. At the same time, the accomodation was very nice and spacious. It was clean and had a good airco and sea view, wide balcony and also kitchen with oven and cooking facilties. The bathroom was also ok, and so was the bed. I would definitely return here, next time I visit Lefkada. Also, the west coast is underrated, I don’t know why everyone goes to the easy coast to spend most of the time there, in tourist traps like Nydri, because north-west and west and south are more interesting then the east coast. This pansion is in a very nice town, and many of the scenic beaches and interesting small towns are all on a very short distance driving. If you book a studio in this pansion, you’ll have privacy and a good stay, a great host and a great location. Also, Pedro mentioned the restaurant thay was 3 doors down, (almost next door) and it was indeed a very nice restaurant. The lady works hard and they catch fish with their own boat every day. There is a beautiful garden in the back, where you can sit down and enjoy a nice meal. Next time I come to Lefkas, I will book a stay at pansion Filoxena again and I will also return to the restaurant that is just 3 doors down the road. Loved it!

The place we stayed at reminds a beautiful garden. Very friendly staff. Perdo💜 The island is unbelievably magnificent. Water colour is like from fairy-tale. Nice people live in Tsoukaladhes.

When you are hungry, it's better to close balcony door because of smell from the nearby fish restaurant=)

Unique and beautiful scenery, easy to park a vehicle. The host is a super nice, positive and hospitable man. We even had a cat that visited the terrace once in a while, very chill place. Shops, caffès and restaurants were only 20-30 feet away, easy access to everything, close to the beat beaches of Lefkada as well.

Everything was perfect. Apartment is with everything you need and clean. Host (Petros) was very kind and helpful for anything. There is a car parking. Tsoukalades is perfect for exploring the west coast of Lefkada. You have everything you need there and Lefkas city is near.

The apartments are excellent, and the owner, Pedro, is a kind and generous person who goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a better apartment than the one we had originally booked. We would be delighted to return in the future.
