The property was in a really convenient spot to explore the city. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. Regarding the staff, especially the gentleman on the receptionist was really pleasant, helpful and polite with everything we needed during our stay.

The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. It had a very limited variety of everything and not that good. Last day we found some dead insects in the corn flakes bowl and we informed the staff. They told us that children tend to leave the bowls open and that was the reason. However, the insects were dead and a lot. And even the excuse was real, they neither offer to give us some other corn flakes, nor to say sorry for that.

This hotel is a Business type of modern Hotel. And it's on a rather uninteresting Street. In fact, there's a Hardware Store next door! But you need to walk down a little street on the left, as you turn left out of the front door. Then head down to the Old Town. It's full of Restaurants and Bars. And then you'll come to the Harbour. With lots of Yachts. But the Bars there are expensive. Better to stick to the little lanes behind. Which are more interesting. Unless you're into Yachts. The room and Bathroom were great. And the Breakfast was varied. Lovely bread. Fabulous Greek Yoghurt. ALSO, the Bus to Lefkada AND the Airport goes from just across the Road. Brilliant. You pay onboard!.

The rooms are modern and the location of the hotel is perfect for walking through the town and the harbour. The guy at the reception is the best. We were a bit early but could check in already and when leaving, he gave us some nice tips of where to go during our trip to the next location! Although we were by car and there is not really a parking spot from the hotel itself, you can easily park on the street or a nearby parking lot (small one but it worked). Might be more complicated during the summer period though

The family room was spacious enough for four people and included two bathrooms, which was very convenient. Another plus was the hotel’s central location, right in the heart of the city.

The breakfast had limited options, with almost nothing suitable for a child. The hotel management might consider offering a better breakfast selection, as although we paid for it, we ended up having to look for nearby cafés and bakeries instead.

We had a great stay at Preveza City Hotel! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore everything on foot. It was reasonably priced for our family of five, as we booked two rooms, and the value for money was excellent. The breakfast was tasty with a nice variety to start the day, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to provide useful information and tips.

Great location, very central. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Not even a glass for water. That’s a deal breaker for me. I had to do some work in my room and not being able to make a drink or have something first thing in the morning was not good

Loved the really big room, the excellent location (just next to all the great restaurants), the staff, the minimal decoration. Really value for money!

The property is very centrally located and their parking was full. We had to search for 30 mins for free parking in the streets (on a busy Friday night though) and we ended up parking very far. It would be good if they offered a parking option. Regarding the room, the aircondition was bringing smelly air inside the room so we had to close it (probably the filter needs cleaning). Lastly the beds were really short in height - not comfortable with the tv height and with sleeping.

The hotel was comfortable, but what made it excellent was the staff, they were all friendly, helpful and in particular Gregoris, who was so welcoming and took the time to show us all the best places to visit whilst in Greece, we had some lovely meals and saw some amazing places thanks to him! Thank you Gregoris!

Really great hotel seemingly freshly renovated. The comfort room was spacy, super clean, all necessities that you need for a nice stay (fridge, AC, balcony, great shower, comfortable beds). The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfest was enough for the price (bred, eggs, cornflakes, fruits, good coffee...). We were also able to rent bikes for free from the hotel and leave the luggage in a secured room. Highly recommended place to stay in Preveza.

The location of the hotel is close to the center and the promenade, as well as a large market. Although the number of parking spaces is limited, we park our car at the hotel every day. The hotel staff is friendly and the cleanliness in the hotel is good.

The breakfast was good, although more pastries and pies should be available.
