We really enjoyed our stay at the Avra Hotel. The location was perfect with views over the bay. We loved watching the fishing boats come in in the morning and moor up ready to sell their catch to the locals. It's a short walk to the town centre and also to the beaches. The staff here were very helpful and pleasant and happy to answer any questions we had. This is a good budget hotel with modern fixtures and fittings and kept very clean. We didnt' try the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Nothing. It met with our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. There are a few steps to climb with luggage to get to reception but I'm sure you'd get help with this if you struggled.

The location was the best, overlooking the busy quay, watching the yachts come and go was a real pleasure for me. An easy walk to all restaurants, grocery and other services. I even found a physio close by I could see for a back strain. I’m still here having my last breakfast at the cafe. It’s a simple display with cereal, fruit, meats, cheese, bread and beverages. Simple but satisfying. Staff has been wonderful! I’m sad to be leaving my beloved Greece today, but I will be back!

The building is older but seemingly well maintained. Originally I had a room with 2 twins and I found that bed too small for the average adult. So they gave me a double room at my request.

I had a beautiful view , lots of tavanas and shops places of interest very near by , a short walk to the main shopping centre, very near to .the sea.lots of night life , this hotel is near to everything and the staff are lovely .

The shower flooded, I don't think the shower curtain worked all that well.

Location brilliant, lovely sea view, easy access to everything. Friendly staff, nice room with balcony, good quality bedding & towels. Enjoyed our stay.

The shower tray not adequate however the staff are aware of the problem and will remedy this. A shelf in the bathroom would be useful.

Location is amazing. It’s close to restaurants and it’s quiet at night. You wake up with the sun form the sea. Perfect.

The restaurant for breakfast can use a little touching up. It feels a bit weathered down. The selection of food was basic but okay.

Location was super! Over looks the quay, can watch all the waterfront activity. As a sailor, this was my desire. Comfortable and clean accommodations, great staff.

It’s an older building but well maintained. AC, fans, slider doors, awnings all in good working order. The exterior could just use some freshening up.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! The location is perfect, surrounded by nice boutiques, restaurants and the best view of Preveza. The room was comfortable, simple but clean and with a functional AC which is a must for me in the summer. I loved that I had a table comfortable enough to do some work.

Perhaps some flyers in the room indicating the functioning of the AC, or the channels in the TV, the WiFi password and the number to call reception would be handy.

Location and view from the balcony was lovely. AC great . Staff very obliging when asked for anything. Good value for money

Bed fairly hard. More variety for breakfast. Shower was very small and the water flow was very slow. Doors old and balcony door kept sticking

A little noise from street at weekends, but the the room and view more than made up for this

Friendly staff, family owned business that accommodated our changing needs! Very clean. Million dollar views of the Harbour & central location. Excellent value!
