Really nice place with a huge pool and a large morning buffet. Everything very neat and clean.

I went to have dinner at 1800 in the hotel's restaurant. None of the restaurant staff spoke English ( or any other of the seven languages I speak) and I had to google translate everything for them. If google was not accurate enough, they stare at you and repeat words you cannot comprehend. They were not able to understand basics like bring me the salt please and no ice in the drinks. I later asked the lady at the reception to show me to my room, she was lost. Completely lost. Not understanding a single word. I would have really hoped that for a single room priced 133 EUR, I would be able to get a better service and not just be frustrated about being there.

For 4 mature people, the time of year provided that the hotel was very quiet which suited us well, good pool loads of lounger options and space, excellent food range for breakfast, room was perhaps not ideal for 4 adults but was good because we are family.

hair dryer provided was poor. USB connections none existent. Air Con had very limited usage, i.e. could only be used if you were in the room, would turn off automatically if a door was opened. In other words the room could not be left to cool if no body was in it. Coffee at breakfast appeared poor quality.

The breakfast was really varied and yummy. The food that was "American" like pancakes and egg-dipped toast needed to be put in a warmer! Everything else was great! The pool was lovely. The plants around the hotel made it very secluded. The parking was convenient, and everything was super clean!

We noticed that althought there was a kitchenette in our room, there were no pots, pans, serving, and mixing dishes.

The hotel was very beautiful. The swimming pool and the restaurant environment was amazing. The rooms were new and had a very good and useful balcony

The restaurant was such a turn off. We had dinner included and there was not a single day without problems including lack of staff so food came 60-90 minutes later, wrong and overcharged bills, wrong orders and every day there were items missing from the menu. Hotels/restaurants like this are contributing to a new trend dangerous for themselves. In the past 2 year, me and a lot of people I know have had so many problems like the ones mentioned in Daluz, that from next year we will not consider eating in a restaurant AT ALL. There is no way we are spending again 4000 EUR and getting this kind of service and frustration

Friendly staff, good breakfast (included),large rooms and bathrooms, free bikes on site Free bus service to and from Preveza city center and beach. Good lunch/ dinner service ( optional), friendly Chef / Cook checking for feedback also. Good swimming pool, showers and kids pool also available! Free water at the pool on the house.

I will be a bit picky, but the AC was a bit noisy, and once turned off, it gets quite hot in the room in a few hours during the night. We wake up sweating around 3-4 AM. We fixed it a few days later with some earplugs, and slept well.

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming – always smiling, friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with lush greenery creating a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommend

Everything about Dalux was exceptional. The staff were incredibly lovely, they felt like family. The breakfast was amazing and fresh every day and so much choice. The accommodation was very comfortable and the pool area was so beautiful. I would definitely return next year. Thank you to everyone who works at Dalux for giving us a holiday to remember.

I couldn't fault anything.

From the very first moment, we were greeted at reception the staff exceeded my expectations. I would even go as far to say. It is the best greeting we have had at any hotel over many years. The swimming pool and the facilities were excellent the attention to detail far exceeded the star rating of this hotel, I cannot recommend it highly enough. The breakfast had the largest variety we have seen for a very long time. We had dinner at the open air dining room. The food that was prepared, was equal or better to any good restaurant. Would I stay here again for sure and look forward to our next visit. The grounds were immaculate, bed really comfortable.

That we could only stay one night.

We liked the pool and bar/breakfast area. The family room was a good size with a nice balcony and powerful A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dinner stopped at 20:30 so we missed it as our flight was late (although the bar team did make us some cheese toasties). The pool closes at 19:00 and didn't open again until 11:00 which seems strange given how inviting it was.

We enjoyed the quietness and privacy of the rooms. All was clean and very cozy and comfortabe. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was a bit generic and limited options. Coffee (except filter) was at an extra charge. No surveilance, oversight in the parking (unfortunatly we found our car scratched, door bumped in the morning)
