We had a 2 bed swim up house which was fantastic, beautifully designed with everything you need. Coffee machine with pods, tea, jam, and toiletries in the bathrooms. Each bedroom room had a bathroom, there is a cleaning service every day with fresh bath towels and pool towels, the accommodation is spotlessly clean. Beds and pillows all very comfortable. It was lovely to have the upstairs balconies as well as the terrace to the pool downstairs, the pool was cleaned every day and the water was a great temperature. Tonia and the team were attentive if we needed anything, this is a fabulous place to stay and highly recommended, to fully enjoy the area, Preveza town and explore the local beaches you really need a car.

Everything is great but not value for money.

I visited this property twice. The property depending the period has different prices, but i now believe is over valued. Dont get it wrong but at this price i would have expected more. At the first time we got late check out, but on the second the experience was not good. The house we had was not as good/large as the first one and the check out and check in times was huge problem for my family as i went only for 3 days and on the first and last one i had to check in really late and check out really early ... No breakfast, and the pool while is nice it is shared (it was not a problem for me to be honest)

Fabulous apartment, clean and meticulously maintained. Felt like home.away from home - we stayed with our dog for 4 nights and the host was so attentive to all our needs during our stay. Private, quiet and just perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend a visit. Also, it's only 10 mins from the city so it's easy to get there and back. And there's a super amazing restaurant (Olanthe) that's 3 mins drive from the unit. We ate there twice during our stay.

You need a car to stay here, so rent one. It wasn't a big deal for us as we had a rental anyway. Could use some softer sheets and duvet on the bed.

Amazing villa, impeccably presented. Absolutely everything you would need is provided (dishwash tabs, laundry tabs for washing machine, dishcloths etc). Rooms perfect with fabulous air con. Pool was fantastic and kept spotless and clean. Hostess Tonia couldn’t have been more helpful & was easily contacted throughout. The Sezian team obviously have very high standards which they maintained throughout. Villa was cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. This was a 5* Villa & it’s very difficult to find the tiniest fault. The area- Only one restaurant in the vicinity OLANTHE. Cute little marina & beach 10min walk away. SAMOS supermarket a short drive away for all grocery needs, cost us 10€ for taxi to stock up!

The Villa is in a quiet area which is lovely - next time I would hire a car as a taxi to Preveza was €10 every time.

The villa was amazing! The people that are working there are very friendly, very polite and always there to help and assist you! The villa was always clean and tidy. The cleaners are changing bedshets and towels every day. We loved the prvate pool, as it was cleaned every day. The place is very quiet also. Neverthless, the most important thing for us was about our little dog that was welcome everywhere! The people in Sezian boutique home and villas are very friendly with dog owners and in general, very helpful! They respect their clients and we are very much eppreciated with their services!

I can't recommend this place enough. It was modern, comfortable, stylish and relaxing. The maisonette was well equipped, plus it was roomy; so four adults sharing the 2-bed would have ample space. Cleopatra was fantastic and super helpful (we even paid for a 5pm check-out, which she helped organise last minute), along with the other staff on-site. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and Olanthe was out of this world; traditional, rustic and authentic. The food was made with local ingredients and really considered.

It's in a remote location and although there are a few walks and a handful of restaurants, you'll need to get taxis to town and even the supermarket (it was £15 for a round-trip to the supermarket while they waiting for us to shop and £10 each-way to town...so not bad at all). ...it's very hard to pull yourself away from the accommodation so this wasn't an issue for us but worth flagging for planning purposes.

All was really good! We had a pleasant stay at Sezian! The staff was always helpful, the villa was being cleaned every day by their housekeepers, the pool guy also visited every morning to clean it up, very good value for the money! Child and animal friendly also! I highly recomend Sezian, if you like some privacy and quiet evenings and also for cleaning! ❤️

Amazing place, the villa is exactly as in photos, great design and comfort. We were worried at first about the location from Lefkada, but it was great. Lefkada has no sandy beaches and when we wanted one we were just a few km away from a sandy coast up to Parga. The villa is so great we could live there, peace and quiet. And it has cleaning service everyday and pool cleaning every 2 days. Will go back for sure.

Bizarre thing. 4 tv sets in the villa, non with smart tv, so we wanted to watch our own Netflix and Prime, wasn't working. A bit of a shame.

Clean rooms and pool, nice terrace, we loved the jacuzzi, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, a couple of tavernas in walking distance (10 minutes), the owner is nice and helpful.

The villas are cramped and it can be noisy, depending on your neighbors; pretty far from any shop/market, need a car.

Very clean pool, high-quality and comfortable furniture, sun loungers, outdoor furniture. The house has 3 bathrooms, which is very convenient. There is a laundry room and a small gym for working out, and even electric car charging.
