Fabulous apartment, clean and meticulously maintained. Felt like home.away from home - we stayed with our dog for 4 nights and the host was so attentive to all our needs during our stay. Private, quiet and just perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend a visit. Also, it's only 10 mins from the city so it's easy to get there and back. And there's a super amazing restaurant (Olanthe) that's 3 mins drive from the unit. We ate there twice during our stay.

You need a car to stay here, so rent one. It wasn't a big deal for us as we had a rental anyway. Could use some softer sheets and duvet on the bed.

Amazing villa, impeccably presented. Absolutely everything you would need is provided (dishwash tabs, laundry tabs for washing machine, dishcloths etc). Rooms perfect with fabulous air con. Pool was fantastic and kept spotless and clean. Hostess Tonia couldn’t have been more helpful & was easily contacted throughout. The Sezian team obviously have very high standards which they maintained throughout. Villa was cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. This was a 5* Villa & it’s very difficult to find the tiniest fault. The area- Only one restaurant in the vicinity OLANTHE. Cute little marina & beach 10min walk away. SAMOS supermarket a short drive away for all grocery needs, cost us 10€ for taxi to stock up!

The Villa is in a quiet area which is lovely - next time I would hire a car as a taxi to Preveza was €10 every time.

The villa was amazing! The people that are working there are very friendly, very polite and always there to help and assist you! The villa was always clean and tidy. The cleaners are changing bedshets and towels every day. We loved the prvate pool, as it was cleaned every day. The place is very quiet also. Neverthless, the most important thing for us was about our little dog that was welcome everywhere! The people in Sezian boutique home and villas are very friendly with dog owners and in general, very helpful! They respect their clients and we are very much eppreciated with their services!

I can't recommend this place enough. It was modern, comfortable, stylish and relaxing. The maisonette was well equipped, plus it was roomy; so four adults sharing the 2-bed would have ample space. Cleopatra was fantastic and super helpful (we even paid for a 5pm check-out, which she helped organise last minute), along with the other staff on-site. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and Olanthe was out of this world; traditional, rustic and authentic. The food was made with local ingredients and really considered.

It's in a remote location and although there are a few walks and a handful of restaurants, you'll need to get taxis to town and even the supermarket (it was £15 for a round-trip to the supermarket while they waiting for us to shop and £10 each-way to town...so not bad at all). ...it's very hard to pull yourself away from the accommodation so this wasn't an issue for us but worth flagging for planning purposes.

Amazing place, the villa is exactly as in photos, great design and comfort. We were worried at first about the location from Lefkada, but it was great. Lefkada has no sandy beaches and when we wanted one we were just a few km away from a sandy coast up to Parga. The villa is so great we could live there, peace and quiet. And it has cleaning service everyday and pool cleaning every 2 days. Will go back for sure.

Bizarre thing. 4 tv sets in the villa, non with smart tv, so we wanted to watch our own Netflix and Prime, wasn't working. A bit of a shame.

All was really good! We had a pleasant stay at Sezian! The staff was always helpful, the villa was being cleaned every day by their housekeepers, the pool guy also visited every morning to clean it up, very good value for the money! Child and animal friendly also! I highly recomend Sezian, if you like some privacy and quiet evenings and also for cleaning! ❤️

I'm happy to have picked Sezian boutique hotel and villas as a surprise stay for my wife and I.The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a range of modern comforts. The hotel provides excellent service and amenities to its guests, has friendly staff, and is an easy walking distance from the beautiful seaside, with lots of great places to eat or drink a coffee readily accesible. The beds are comfortable and doubly welcoming after a long walk around and the feeling of comfort and relaxation was a lovely cherry on top for a great stay!

Clean rooms and pool, nice terrace, we loved the jacuzzi, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, a couple of tavernas in walking distance (10 minutes), the owner is nice and helpful.

The villas are cramped and it can be noisy, depending on your neighbors; pretty far from any shop/market, need a car.

Quiet location, clean and staff went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect. From the minute we arrived we were impressed! A family of 4 travelling with 14 and 16 year old boys. You couldn’t pick a better property for value. Swimming pool outside your living room with a spacious living room and the best view from our bedroom to have coffee in the morning.

I couldn’t find anything to complain about if I wanted to, the best property!

Best hotel by far we had in our long trip in greece. We find ourself back again and stay longer days each time! All brand new and disigen with alot of thougth. Near Preveza a lovley city, but still very quait and have green view. Great private jacozi and pool, great gym So many great resturants and things to do nearbay And above all best stuff friendly and helpfull
