Great value for money. The staff is very kind and polite. Everything was very clean. The room was cleaned every day, and bed sheets and towels were also changed every day, although it wasn't necessary. Wi-Fi coverage is excellent, even in the gardens. Kids loved the water park.

If you like sleeping with an opened balcony door, beware there is a main road that is passing just in front of the hotel, and there is constant road noise at night. If you prefer sleeping with an AC on and windows closed, I guess you won't notice the traffic.

The hotel and the rooms were clean and the stuff was kind. Good variety of pools with ground and deep pools, great for all ages and pretty good quality on the cooked dishes at the restaurant.

It was a pity that the big slides were only above an unusual for us rule of at least 12 years old age which kind of made kidos disappointed hence us since we booked the trip without knowing this detail. Other than that, we had issues with the AC which independently of the grades we installed (cool or fan, 15 or 35), it was always supercold. I also believe the breakfast could be improved for the nightly price…

It was a fun place where we organised the birthday of our son. He enjoyed it very much. We enjoyed it as well. The place is clean, the staff is super mega nice. They helped us with the birthday cake and made our stay wonderful!

The furniture is a bit old-fashioned but functional.

The hotel was great, however, the Hotel staff were nice but not helpful. They don't advise you well.

Transport is the worst thing. No reliable public transport.

Water park was well maintained with clean water. Food at the restaurants was good.

The worst point is the cleanliness of the rooms. The floor was a disaster as from checking. During the stay even though we requested to clean the floor they still did not do it properly, except a wet cloth. No vacuum or broom or something to make sure you remove all the dust and sand. Not once they cleaned the bathroom during the stay. Even if requested. The rooms are much smaller than they seem in the pictures, for 4 persons. Opening hours for the water park (11h to 19h), we would have preferred an earlier opening time.
