Ionian Theoxenia is an extraordinary hotel. A place tailored to each guest, impeccably clean and tidy, comfortable and maximally pleasant for a stay. It is architecturally well thought out, with excellent sound isolation. The rooms are spacious, modern, the bed is comfortable, and everything what is necessary for a pleasant stay of tourists is available within the package price. There is a sufficient number of parking spaces inside and outside the hotel, Wi-Fi signal is constantly available and good enough, everything is well organized and functional. The breakfast is excellent and meets the needs of tourists with the most varied desires and habits. Special praise goes to the entire staff, starting with the hotel owners, extremely kind and helpful receptionists, and finally to the cleaners who perform their work very meticulously (one of the strongest impressions from our vacation). Just like the overall peace, and tranquility that the hotel exudes, but also the whole little town, which is especially pleasing to older tourists who want to relax. For those interested, a large hotel pool with a sufficient number of comfortable deck chairs is available, but for tourists who prefer swimming in the sea, the hotel offers its own (free) umbrellas and deck chairs. The beach is incredibly spacious and almost deserted, which allows for a completely relaxed stay in and out of the beautiful Ionian Sea. This is one of the most pleasant and relaxed vacations we've had so far, certainly beyond expectations, so repeat is more than realistic in the coming years. Finally, I would just like to mention that the hotel does not offer the option of dinner, but there are several restaurants in the town that offer quality food. We chose a small Tavern called Elia in the center of Kanali, with an outstanding menu and local cuisine, very friendly owners and staff, a characteristic atmosphere, but also more than fair prices for the quality offered. A vacation that will not be forgotten!

This is probably the first time I can't think of a single thing to complain about. Almost perfect location and vacation. But if I really have to write something in this review, then I would only correct a few small things inside the room that may not have been completely practically thought out and solved. But these are literally little things, which do not reflect at all on the final judgment and evaluation.

An unforgettable stay at the best hotel in Preveza! Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the impeccable service. The rooms were modern, spotless, and fully equipped with every comfort. The pool, the sauna and dining options exceeded expectations and the location was ideal for exploring the area. Every detail was carefully thought out, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. We felt pampered from start to finish. A special thank you to the staff for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!!

The location is excellent for those who go by car. You are close to the main attractions of the area. Kanali is also a charming location with small tavernas and beaches nearby, and we enjoyed the fact that it was not crowded. The hotel is wonderful starting from accomodation to the beaches and the staff. We would definently go back!

The property was very peaceful with large pool. Despite many hotel guests, it didn’t feel crowded. It’s within walking distance to few very good Greek tavernas with great traditional cousin and fresh fishes. There’s also free beach sun beds you can access a a hotel guest. We didn’t use as the pool was great, but they’ve always seemed unoccupied so would have also be great for someone who is looking for a peace and quiet. Great breakfast too with fresh bakery daily. And it’s until 11am so even better if you are not an early bird.

Everything was great- but be ware that the buses to Parga from nearby are not reliable. We’ve waited to board as the busy never arrived.

The hotel is very well maintained. We had a very large, comfortable room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the sea and the pool. The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner are not available, but there is a pool bar and a few restaurants within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is almost on the beach and has a good location to explore the beautiful area and its (ancient) sights.

2 night stay in this hotel in Kanali, it has a large room with sofa, comfortable bed, with fridge and AC. Parking is free around the hotel. Breakfast is good, coffee is good. The view from the balcony was nice with pool view and also sea view. The staff was nice and spoke good English. Around hotel there are also some restaurants. It's a quiet hotel also. Recommended

Everything was fine.

In a quiet location, modern, clean, comfortable hotel with very good staff. There is a lovely pool and external bar area to relax at. Kanali is a short walk away where there are bars, restaurants, and shops, plus a long shingle beach. The hotel provides a good buffet breakfast, but does not have its own restaurant, although there is room service (did not use). This does mean foe evening meal you will have to go out. Overall though a very good hotel to stay at, and would use again.

Fabulous place and the nicest people you can find, they couldn't be more kind and helpful. My wife and I stayed with our 2 year old princess Lili for 7 days, we loved the place. It felt like we were staying with our best friends. Special thanks to George for the flowers.

Very nice, smaller hotel in a very quiet part of Kanali. Just a 10 min walk to the local taverns and bars. The rooms are spacious, the pool is a nice addition if you don't feel like going to the beach. The personnel were amazing, the reception staff was very welcoming and took good care of us. The breakfast buffet was great as well with a variety of options.

Friendly staff with a great welcome when we arrived. They were also very accommodating when we requested a late check out. Great to have an outdoor café /bar next to the pool. Pool was very clean. We had an enormous room with a lovely balcony with a great view out to sea and Lefkada :-) very close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Lovely quiet beach.

A very minor point but the pool was a little bit chilly. It would have been good to have a kettle and tea /coffee in the room as there was a mini kitchen with a sink. Breakfast was good but not great.
