From the moment we arrived we were treated with warm hospitality by Costantina, Alki , their daughters Joanna and Elena . A special shoutout to all their staff and especially Cristina who were always there to help. The property is modern , exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Anything else we needed was provided with a smile . The daily breakfast is delivered to your room offering a delicious variety of home cooked hot and cold treats. My husband requested GF options which were also included. A short 5 minute stroll to Lefkada town and the marina makes The Victoria a perfect place to base yourself when visiting Lefkada .

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The first thing that stood out to us was how *immaculately clean* everything was. From the lobby to the rooms, every corner of the hotel was spotless, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The facilities were absolutely *beautiful*. The attention to detail in the design and upkeep of the hotel really showed. Whether it was relaxing in the common areas or enjoying the amenities, everything was top-notch and added to the overall luxurious feel of our stay. But what truly made our visit *unforgettable* were the amazing people who owned the place. Their warmth, hospitality, and genuine care for their guests set this hotel apart from anywhere else we've stayed. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay, making us feel right at home. We’ll *definitely* be coming back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

The architecture of the building is truly amazing, showcasing a fresh, modern design. We stayed in a two-floor room which was located in a very quiet area, yet it was conveniently close to the city center. The staff and owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. Daily cleaning was a big plus, and they remembered to provide us with extra towels and other requests every day. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The breakfast was quite small and somewhat boring for two adults, but it wasn’t a major drawback. Additionally, there were no sea views, but we were aware of this beforehand, so it didn’t really count as a downside.

The location was perfect. Very short walk in to the centre but just far enough away to be totally quiet and peaceful. The whole hotel was totally immaculate. The family staff were incredible. They were kind, friendly and knowledgable and absolutely amazing with our children. The owners, including their daughters and Mary were fantastic. The beautiful gardens were so well kept and very high end. The breakfast was amazing. It was delivered each morning upon request in beautiful hampers. It was really varied and very generous meaning we often had bits for lunch too. The pool was great. Just the right size and the kids had a blast. We can see why they have Christmas cards from previous guests. This hotel utterly perfect!

Very clean hotel. Location is perfect, we reached every beach by car easily. Joanna and Christina were so polite and helpful. They asked how we were every morning and evening and recommended beautiful destinations. We asked for more pastries and tomatoes for breakfast and they immediately started to serve what we wanted.

The Deluxe Studio is MASSIVE and beautiful, located on the top floor, accessible by elevator, equipped with all the necessary facilities and a lovely balcony. Very well maintained, high-quality finishes, noiseproof, there is nothing more to ask for. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the entrance, at the road. Breakfast is pretty good, provided in a basket, and is enjoyed in the privacy of your room. It is located about 5 minutes away from all the attractions in the city center, supermarket nearby, and plenty of restaurants. The complimentary water provided for our trip at check-out was a very kind gesture.

If you are looking for a place near the beach / with pretty views, you won't find that here, but this accommodation compensates in every other way.

The facility was new, clean and very nice. Great pool and right in town. The staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. It was nice that it's family run and owned and they're all on site. We've actually altered our vacation to stay there another night on the way back from our other stays.

Literally nothing. 100% satisfied and recommend it to anybody and everybody that needs a place.

The accommodation has been absolutely amazing: room cleaning every day, towels changed every day, swimming pool very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the apartment and our daughter had her private bedroom and she loved everything about it. We really recommend this place to everyone who want to have a relaxing and quiet place for their holiday. The most I liked the owners who were very attentive at all the details of this place and they have been extremely friendly. Definitely we will be back!

Clean, modern and large one bedroom accommodation with two balconies, a separate living room and a kitchen. The bathroom was spacious, modern and practical. The linen and towels were of good quality and the facilities were very good. I enjoyed the breakfast served in the room and the swimming pool area was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I can recommend unreservedly and the Victoria would be my choice of a return trip to Lefkada.
