We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean and located in a perfect spot — right in the center, yet quiet enough to fully relax without any noise. The staff was exceptional — extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel like we had our own private concierge. They guided us with great recommendations and helped us plan our daily activities seamlessly. The atmosphere was truly luxurious, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. Overall, a wonderful experience — we would definitely return!

Friendly, helpful staff, central location. Very clean. Comfortable bed and spacious room with sufficient storage. There's a nice 9km walk around the lagoon and a small but pretty beach about a 20 minute walk away.

My towels were changed daily, despite my request for this not to be done (unnecessary and not environmentally friendly). The pool is lovely but needs a few sunloungers. Shower cubicle was quite small.

We loved how this hotel was in the middle of everything! Mary and Eleni were fabulous hosts as well as all the staff there, very friendly and helpful. We also felt very secure. The pool and breakfasts were great!

The bed was a little hard for us and it would be nice to have an awning on the balconies facing the front street. Mary did say she could provide us with an umbrella if we wanted though.

A fabulous hotel. The rooms are modern , spacious & very clean. Lots of storage, decent sized bathroom. Nicely decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, on a pedestrianised street so no traffic noise but is only a few mins walk to restaurants, shops, sea front and marina. As we visited in March the pool was closed and there was no breakfast so I can't comment on those but the pool looked good. We loved eating in Karma, a 1 min walk at the bottom of the street.

A wall shower holder would be more convenient.

The location was perfect, right on the main street but still quiet, and close to where the ferry came in and a bus stop which enabled us to visit other parts of the island. Breakfast was not included in our room rate but when they told us it was only 5 euros per person for a fabulous buffet we had it all 4 days - you'd pay more than that just for a coffee and a pastry in one of the bakeries! Our room was clean, bright and airy with contemporary decor, unlike in the photos so it was far nicer than we were expecting. The receptionist allowed us to check in 2 hours early which was great as we had come straight off the ferry.

What's not to like!

Good value breakfast with a range of savory, sweet options, fruit etc. Coffee could be better. Large room with great balcony overlooking the pool. Comfy bed. Quiet. Good airco. Friendly staff, especially Jorges.

Coffee maker in the room but no coffee - strange.

We had an amazing time at Pirofani and wouldn’t look anywhere else if staying in Lefkada. We booked a standard room which was large and had a nice balcony overlooking the town for a very good price. Facilities / pool also great and the staff were incredible and went out of their way to help us at all times and were always available. We can’t fault anything - one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited in the best location in the town of Lefkada :)

This is one of the best deals in Lefkada. The personnel is very nice and welcoming, the breakfast is definitely worth the price, they have a nice little pool that is never crowded or noisy, WI-FI works great for the most part and you can always find a functioning network. Also, very clean place.

Nothing in particular, really. The only problem, maybe, is that they have no parking spaces and the hotel is placed in a crowded area, so it is usually not quiet until 2 AM. If you come by car make sure to consider the fact you will need to park, best case scenario, about 300-400 meters away from entrance.

The hotel and especially the room was very clean. The room had a classy and warm furnishing style that made you feel quite comfortable. It also had everything you needed, a very comfortable bed, a very good toilet, clean sheets and towels that were changed every day and the room smell very good each day. It has a balcony with a very nice view from the main road where you can see the shops , the restaurant and where you can drink something as you were in a bar outside. The window was perfect because when you close it all the noise despair and you can sleep very well and in silence. The location was super perfect in the center of the city and in a few steps you could go anywhere you wanted, bars, coffee bars, restaurants with endless choices. There were sweets shops to buy or places to eat ice cream, pancakes and many others sweets. Also the locals , bar, and restaurants were near the main square or on the promenade by the sea. It is located on the side of the main road where there were all the shops where you could buy gifts or clothes. In the end it was the best possible choice , perfect hotel and I definitely recommend it strongly and would choose it again without any hesitation.

The only thing you have to keep in mind is that you park your car outside on the main road along the port or at the two parking lots located near the port. You cannot go inside the city with the car because the alleys are narrow and are only for passers-by. But the parking is very close from the hotel and the main street and square, starting from 5 min and the furthest 10 min, everything is close.

I felt like I was staying with friends. Maria and Yianna were fabulous. They gave us recommendations for food and outings. They were so friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous. You are in the middle of the Chora -- tons of eateries and shops outside the door. The pool was clean and warm. Just a great place to stay.

There is no parking nearby so plan on parking near Karma and getting your luggage the two blocks to the hotel. Once you find parking, do not move your car unless you absolutely have to.
