Staff excellent and courteous throughout. The room was maintained very well. Would particularly like to mention the wonderful member of staff who operated the airport shuttle on sat 21st june, such a helpful gentleman in every way.

Two points which I hope are constructive. 1. The hotel might review ways to reduce noise from the lift shaft, which seems to resonate throughout many of the rooms. 2. It would be helpful to provide guests with a fuller guide to public transport and ticketing, both bus and rail. Overall, it was a lovely hotel to visit. Thank you.

Bathroom are a little small

Good 4 star (old) hotel in a remote location. Best suited for those with cars and tour groups. Having said that it is not difficult to taxi into town or airport for euro 15. The breakfast buffet is superior. Good coffee.

Remote location, but that is not a huge issue as one can see the highlights of old Bari in a few hours (one rt taxi trip). Our room was cold , at the end of a long dark hallway. Need better lighting. Shuttle service to airport requires 24 hr notice and shuttle to Bari train station only operates in summer - also with 24 hrs notice.

There is so much to like about this modern and stylish hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to those on reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are of a good size and most comfortable. There was a good selection at the breakfast buffet. I had dinner in the main restaurant on all four nights. The service was impeccable, and the food was good. There is a lovely pool area and tidy fitness suite. There is a shuttle to both the airport and the city. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return if I was in the region again.

The location is a bit out of the way of the main tourist area. Yes, the hotel does provide the shuttle, but the first one is at 11.15am, which is hardly tourist friendly. This meant that I was left prey for the taxi drivers who wait outside to overcharge the customers with 'fixed price' tariffs.

This is a very nice hotel, with large rooms, also large TV in room with coffee making facilities and mini bar. The pool area was also perfect very quiet, the pool is big, also with a hydro massage bathtub and a sauna. The breakfast was super - you can find anything you want - different fresh juices, different croissants with different fillings, fruits etc. There are also several restaurants in the area.

Only if you want to go to city centre you need to take a bus or taxi as it is far by walk and in the area there is no shopping stores, you need to go to the nearest shopping mall - Centro Commerciale Mongolfiera Santa Caterina - within 10 minutes by car from hotel.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped with a fridge and espresso coffee machine. We enjoyed an excellent buffet lunch which was very reasonably priced at 28 Euros per person which also included a glass of wine, 500 mls water and coffee. We had to leave at 5.30 am for an early flight at Bari airport, so were not able to use the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. However the receptionist booked a taxi which took 15 minutes to get to Bari airport and cost 30 Euros.

Bright, modern hotel with very good facilities and staff. Fantastic swimming pool and breakfast was outstanding. If we ever visit Bari again, this is where we will stay.! It is rated as 4 stars but we have stayed in several 5 star hotels this year that were not better!

Getting into the jacuzzi is DANGEROUSLY. My wife fell into it as she tried to enter. The staff denied there was an issue and pointed to a handrail which was too far away from the jacuzzi to be of any use. This issue needs to be sorted, not deflected and ignored.

- Amazing pool and spa area (sauna, steam room). Access if free for hotel guests, although you do need to book a time slot in advance. - Very kind service from the front desk, especially Deborah. She helped me book a taxi and answered all my questions. - Nice Bari city map and guide specific to the hotel (includes restaurant recommendations, dog parks etc close to the hotel). - Hotel is far from the centro storico, but quiet and still near many restaurants. Osteria dei 4 gatto next door was great! - Very clean and inviting interior. Decor may be a bit dated but still clean and stylish. - Spacious room with lots of power outlets, smart TV, nice linens. - Quiet at night.

Nothing

From the minute we arrived, we were treated so well. We were able to have a delicious late dinner at the hotel restaurant which was a bonus. Breakfasts were always good with excellent service. It has to be said that ALL of the staff in every setting eg receptions, restaurant etc were professional, respectful and a pleasure to deal with.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. They were able to arrange a taxi to the airport very early for us, and it was waiting for us at the set time. Lovely clean hotel. We stayed in a family room, which was okay. No balcony, and a little smaller than I expected, but satisfactory. Had to pay for water in the room. Lovely leisure area, but you can only prebook and set times available for children. So make sure you book in advance and plan your day around it.
