Staff did a lot of foot work for us with booking.com due to miscommunication and got ti taken care of

Had booking issues with a wrong name , too many rooms, going back and forth to B.com and the hotel to get that straightened out. Onsite , had to change rooms due to workers onsite (in the back rooms , where our rooms was issued) using the balcony as a party room. Awkward and changed immediately with the staff. Very responisve

The staff was wonderful! The room was huge. Fresh towels, soap, hair supplies, TP, and they even had tooth brushes and mouthwash available upon request but the best part, when my daughter was having mad hot flashes, house keeping brought us a huge fan to help her stay cooler. I love this place!!!

The location was a short distance from family members I was visiting. The check-in was easy and seamless, and staff was friendly. The facilities were quiet and I had a restful sleep.

Quiet, clean and they had good tv and great connection for wifi

No microwave, or Coffee maker to use. Also our neighbors dogs were loud. Vending machines were busted and empty.
