The hotel is happily located i Tsim Sha Tsui, in walking distance from the waterfront promenade, the Star Ferry Pier and from the Nathan Road markets, eateries and shops. The hotel is easy to find and very close to exit N3 from the Tsim Sha Tsui station which connects with the red line to Central and makes it very easy to move from HK island, the Kowloon peninsula and the airport. The hotel is new and modern, the rooms are great, comfortable and with all the amenities and great views. Staff is absolutely amazing: we had some issues with our room around the third day of our stay and the staff promptly responded by investigating the issues, trying to solve the problem and then offering to change room. While doing that, communication was great and we really felt listened to and could not have enjoyed more the last days of our stay. Moreover, the staff, and in particular duty manager Gary Hung, were great in helping extending our stay at the hotel because, due to a typhoon battering Taiwan, we could not leave HK as planned and needed to stay one night longer. Gary went the extra mile to arrange for us to keep the same room we were in to avoid moving rooms again. We absolutely appreciated the support and how attentive everyone has been. One doesn't realise how important is to stay in a place with good staff until their support is needed, staying here is absolutely recommended.

Nothing major and it was mentioned by other travellers in their comments but the bedheads would benefit of some additional deep cleaning.

Location was very good if you are looking for lively night life as there are many bars and convenience stores in the area. There is also K11 Art mall next to hotel which also has an underground passage directly to the much larger K11 Musea/ Harbor city just 8 minutes walk away. This is the same underground to the subway area so easy to get to anywhere else, including the airport with just a few subway transfers. Room is good for couples but would not consider for couple with 1 or 2 small kids.

The shower and toilet area of the on suite bathrooms were small and cramped. Larger individuals would find it difficult.

Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, I took a harbor view room and the view was worth the extra price. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was great, it offered a lot of variation and it was more than enough - in fact, I ate around 9:30 and wasn't hungry until 15:00 which was very handy for visiting the city at a speed pace, as i had to catch a train that afternoon. Also the hotel stored my luggage after check-out, until i did a bit of visiting and i returned to pick it up before my train, all free of charge. The location is great too: about 10-20min walk to the star ferry, and the subway station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around.

From concierge to front desk, the breakfast buffet restaurant to the ease of access to the metro, taxis and the ferry: this hotel was an absolute dream, and I would gladly return… if I travelled annually to Hong Kong, this would be my hotel of choice. As a solo traveller, and a first-time Hong Kong traveller, it was the perfect base to explore and also to rest…

Nothing to not like…

All facilities are brand new, so super fresh and clean. Stylish interiors, nice view over the Harbour and attentive staff. Location is very convenient for TST, can do everything on foot. Nice water dispenser in room with hot and cold, no more single use bottles, and very happy to find good quality TWG tea in minibar, this is rare enough to highlight and very appreciated by tea drinkers.

Nothing to complain about. A few details that I missed: bidet spray in toilets, choice of camomille tea or any other herbal in minibar to help ease the jetlag in the evening. Breakfast portions could be a little more generous.

Located a short walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and practically next to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR entrance. The skyline room had an amazing view overlooking the harbour, very tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. There was Halal food options around the area, so it was easy to get access to food.

Modern, new and clean. Absolutely beautiful bars and restaurants in the hotel. Loved the 40th floor balcony that was special. Also the gym was super well equipped. Aidan at reception was absolutely incredible! Great communication and gave great recommendations and advice to make our stay the day it was. Honestly wouldn’t have had the same trip without him. All staff had great English (not a necessity of course but it did make it much easier to communicate as an Australian with no knowledge of Cantonese). Would definitely stay again.

Only a very small critique because it really wasn’t a big issue but I feel there was a slight lack of maintenance of the facility. Think like the toilet seat and blinds didn’t work 100% seamlessly, which slightly took away from the feeling of luxury

Whole experience at Mondrian was a dream, rooms are so beautiful, location is perfect and staff were great.
