Location is perfect to visit the town. Free parking onsite. Excellent, varied and abundant breakfast. Small but quiet and comfortable room, I had kettle and fridge. Beautiful and large garden with shade and table/chairs to relax. The hotel has also a restaurant. Gas station with a small grocery store to buy snacks and cold drinks just in front. Friendly and professional staff.

Our third stay in this hotel and we had no problems. The rooms are very warm (in winter), beds comfy, breakfast was nice, plenty of parking. We were in the deluxe rooms with the winter garden which is very nice. The hotel is just opposite a very nice big park that leads to the main Telc square.

We were generally happy with our stay, but if I was to point out one thing that could be improved, we were missing a water kettle in our room as we like to make herbal teas during the day.

It was our second stay, we like the location, the rooms were nice, we were warm and cozy in one of the coldest days of the year here. The breakfast was nice and while there were some issues they communicated well and we solved everything.

We didn't have a water kettle in the room, that made it more inconvenient to make tea. There was one near the reception to use though. The breakfasts were not as fast as we would like, we spend more than 20 minutes there due to a lot of elderly people in the breakfast room.

Very large room with plenty of space. Reception lady provided a smooth check in. Very quiet at night, and breakfast was ample. Also had dinner which was reasonable. Easy walking distance to the town square.

Bar staff could have been a but more attentive but were pleasant

Excellent location close to the centre. Private locked parking. Helpful staff. Great breakfast with hot meals included in the price. Good value for money.

Perhaps the only negative was that the room was too small. Nothing else.

Coming from the car park to the rooms / réception is making us pass by very crazy areas, full of storages. Dust, looks like a warehouse filled with things. No receptionist 24/7.

My bed was uncomfortable, probably because of the old mattress.

This sensitively restored old building has been turned into a delightful hotel, only a few minutes' walk from the historic Telc old town. The room was modern, clean and nicely decorated, although not generous in size. A pleasant place to stay for a short break.

Very interesting building, clean, equiped. It has a large free parking. Staff was polite. It is very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Close to city center which is like from a fairy tale.

The building, although interesting is a bit complicated to navigate through, a lot of empty close rooms and you need to go around to get anywhere. Takes time to adapt.

Comfortable hotel near the city centre (walking distance), excellent value for money, decent breakfast, friendly staff. The room was facing the inner court and was very quiet so we also slept well!

Minor issue: the window blind in our room didn't quite work (the hook was broken) so the light came in very early in the morning (the window was small so we didn't complain but perhaps it can be fixed for other guests).
