The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were able to check in earlier than the advertised time. The room was comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and steam room (opening times were longer than advertised). TV in the room even allowed us to cast from our phones so we could watch some UK TV! The hotel is very close to the motorway but obviously well soundproofed as we heard no noise at all.

I had a bath and was very happy with it but my partner used the shower and would have liked there to be a mount for the shower head so he didn't have to hold it while showering.

Reception staff were so kind and lovely. They always had a smile on their faces and were very hospitable. Parking was good was right outside the hotel,(but if you arrive very late a few times, you'll need to park a little further away from the hotel entrance which is not bad). You definitely, need a car to go to places - Hotel is in a nice area right by different kinds of supermarkets, fast food places and easy to jump into the motorway. Hotel is nicely refurbished, clean and quiet. Balcony was lovely size and great view of the mountain. Close by to go to different Ski resort and town so that's a plus!+

Feedback: would be great to have a kettle and little fridge in the room. Also, little table with stools in the balcony would be fab. Hot water in the shower stopped working the last few days which meant we had to shower in cold water which was brutal - especially as we needed it in the cold winter time (December 2024 & January 2025). But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Location less than 45 mins from our final ski destination, just off the autoroute this was very convenient overnight stop over. Restaurant food was excellent for both the main meal and breakfast. Breakfast had continental offerings of cereal, fresh pastries, fruit, cheese, cold meats and yoghurts etc but also hot option of eggs and bacon which was a pleasant surprise. Decent Lavazza coffee and nice tea options. Very good hot shower, clean and freshly decorated rooms, bed very comfy with exception of pillow issue (see below). Staff friendly and helpful.

No hairdryer and only 1 very small square pillow each on a double bed - other than these 2 niggles everything was above the standard I would expect for the price point. We asked for extra pillows at reception and this was accommodated. Unable to offer a hairdryer.

It is modern, clean, everything u need in the room. Good shower, good beds, nice view of the mountain. They have special spots for motorcycles, really nice. The people working there are great, friendly and helpfull. They have a bar and restaurant, swimmingpool and sauna. Location is also good, closeby gasstation and bakery and supermarket.

On the edge of town by the motorway - We stayed overnight as part of a longer journey but there are also facilities such as a cycle garage which would make it a good base during a longer stay. Restaurant was good and staff friendly and helpful. 8 EV charging points are available.

Room had a bath with a shower handset. It would be helpful if they fitted a shower holder higher on the wall so you could use it to have a shower.

Missing stuffs and basic design and basic room equipment Shower with no upper catcher, you should hold the shower all the time. Things are very fragile and may cause damage in general usage. Like laying on the wall, or the hard touch of any tools in the shower or room due to the low quality of things. I was so caution with things and no damage done was lucky

We choose this location for an overnight stay with no expectation. TRUST ME - THE LOCATION IS AMAZING - EQUIVALENT TO A 3 STAR HOTEL. Don't get fulled by the outside of the building appearance - industrial design. Once you enter the hotel everything is amazing. New and modern furniture and most important very clean. (better that Courchevelle expensive hotel that we stayed prior).

Great place for a quick break. The facility is super clean and allows you to relax. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Was very kind to fulfill our requests. We really enjoyed the stay and definitely would like to come back. The place is super dog friendly which we loved!

Nothing to complain about.

Plenty of space, very nice atmosphere, well kept, looking nice and not old. We could not hear anyone from our room, just when some doors would open and close in the hallway.

There were not enough sheets in the room to cover all four beds. Or towels for four, but we worked with what we got. Our fault for not asking for more, so I'm not holding that against the hotel

Excellent location for trips , if you travel by car. Also many shopping markets and places at a small distance. beautiful green surroundings, amazibg viees from the garden. Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Many facilities
