The welcome we received from Warren was excellent and while we were there he offered plenty of help and advice. Excellent member of staff. Very polite friendly and helpful.

On our last morning we were surprised to find very little available for breakfast. According to the morning staff (not Warren) there were very few guests that Monday morning so if we wanted something (croisssants) they could organise it but would take 10/15 minutes.

Very easy to find close to main roads. Parking was easy and secure (locked at night). Check in procedure was easy. Staff were helpful. Rooms were easy to access via stairs or lifts. Food was available on site (pizzas and beer) and quick and easy to order. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was available early with a good buffet selection, hot and cold drinks including a fresh apple and orange juice squeezing machine. Check out super easy as well. Reception seemed to be manned at all times although we were in beds by 11pm so didn't check overnight.

Really nice for an overnight stop, clean, kids were on travel beds but comfortable enough. Modern and pleasant, nice breakfast, bar and lounge were good Location was a bit of a trek to the old town but we did go on Easter Sunday so not much open but was worth the walk to the square and the lovely view at the top.

Limited evening meal options, think it was frozen pizza next to McDonald’s and cafe/patisserie.

Great location. Staff exceptional. Warren in particular. Super helpful and patient with all the guests at a difficult time.

Shame the resto was closed on a Sunday. Something other than frozen pizza would be a good option. Uber eats and Macdo’s no to everyone’s taste. Other than that excellent .

The hotel is clean, well presented and the staff were fantastic. I had to extend my stay on a flexible basis and the Manager, reception and restaurant staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and their smiles and efforts to help were so much appreciated. It is clear that the team here work well together , help each other and go out of their way to provide a great customer service to their guests.

This is our second visit to this hotel. Perfect for a stop on the way to the French alps with just 1 hour from here to be in the main skiing areas like Val Thoren and Le Plagne. Great location, reasonable prices and welcoming staff. See you again in December!!

Bedrooms, clean, air con, good shower & modern bathroom. Better than photos. Loved boiled eggs, fresh juice & overall breakfast. Happy, helpful staff - best ever!

No coffee & tea facilities in bedroom. No fridge. McDonald's only option for dinner outside hotel. Other restaurants 25 min walk away I was told.

Very clean, rather large bedroom and bathroom for the price; quiet. Friendly and professional staff. Nice to have restaurant on site for dinner (as there is nothing around apart from McDonald’s); restaurant had good options including vegetarian

Location is a bit far from everything

It was value for money for staying overnight. Given that this hotel is mostly for a stopover it has whatever you will need. Most important for us was the safe and big parking and Sth to eat from Mac next to it if you are arrive late. The breakfast was more than our expectations. Very friendly staff too.

nothing really. One area that could perhaps be improved was at breakfast organisation. It was very busy and the staff were working really hard to replenish food but we had to wait quite a while for more cups for coffee. It may just have been unfortunate that lots of people arrived at the same time. Staff were really helpful though trying to restock everything.
