Location is great facing the waterfall (which was partially frozen), parking was available and easy to access, easy to find, host is very helpful (Ahmed is a very nice person), breakfast was not included, we tried to cook lunch and was very successful, Ahmed is very friendly and he lend us a bowl for cooking, Villa is clean and has two floors, hot water is available, Internet is good, heating system helped a lot. The villa has a panoramic view (very rare to find in Ayder) and is designed for families as it has 3 rooms (5 beds) and big setting areas. It is very good for a team of friends as well.

I can't find any negative points other than it was cold, temperature reached zero degrees! I may recommend visiting Ayder in late May as the earliest. I think price is a bit high!

Staff especially Mr. Ahmed who is always very helpful and kind, besides other staff members. The location, since it’s directly opposite to the water fall and river. Besides, it’s within a walking distance to the main amenities and attractions. The villa view and its facilities. Don’t miss out the chance to visit Ayder to enjoy the cool weather, the marvelous mother nature and the friendly and kind people in Ayder. For sure will visit it again and again, if God well.

We were a family of 7 people, and we book the 4-bedroom Villa about 1 km from the village. The size of the room, the location beside the river, Netflex, the staff immediate help, the heating system. InshAllah, we will book it, if we come again.

The watching machine was broken, but Mr. Ahmed provided us with help to clean our items outside the property. Thank Ahmed for your help during our stay.

Unbeatable view to the waterfall. They have three villas and only last one have best view to the waterfall. This villa has bigger and huge balcony with fireplace. I rented this villa but they said I rented the smaller one. I show them my booking but in the end I paid around 50usd to get upgrade.

Smoke coming out from Fireplace to inside the villa and need re rout the smok duct or maintain it. Bad smill from bathroom anoing us when we set in the leving room. The location is not direct to the main street but two minutes walking which is ok for me.

The staff Mr Ali was so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable. The view from our balcony was awesome. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect - close to the restaurants and tourist attractions.

Super clean, friendly staff and close to almost everything.

There is no parking for all villas, but they provide a valet service for free. They bring the car and help you with your luggage.

I cannot explain or express how amazing this place and the attractive view, everything is unforgettable, we definitely visit this place again and would highly recommend for everyone to visit this gorgeous place.

Very nice river view

Very nice river view but you can’t set next to river as there is another guest in the ground floor and that area is for him also The river is 3 meters below and there are rocks and it is difficult to reach it. I lived in bungalow 4 and I would recommend staying in one of the bungalows from 1-3, a better view and a better place to sit

There was a bad smell coming sometimes from the sewers! And they did not have dryer machine at the property!
