The room sizes and amenities offered. Specifically-Front desk check in staff

We were unable to actually utilize amenities offered such as gaming consoles and pool table. All games on console require a password to play and no staff members were knowledgeable or had information on how to obtain it. Nor did they try to get in contact with anyone to resolve the situation. We then decided we would like to try the billiards but children were given access although there is a sign that says that the pool table is for guests 18+ but staff still allowed them. Also, so many staff were on duty but I only ever saw the front desk and bartender working. Everyone else was just talking to their peers and using their cell phones. There needs to be better management at night to oversee staff. The company is paying them to stand around. It became very unprofessional.

Room was very clean and comfortable, great breakfast buffet and good location.

I was told I could call for airport transport on arrival and when I called, I was told it would take over an hour. the airport is literally 15mins from the hotel. When I requested ice through room service, I was told I would have to walk to the bar/restaurant and get myself, however the first 2 times it was brought with our food. The bed was not that comfortable, and you could hear everything going on in hallway and in the mornings when they were cleaning you could hear them moving furniture and loud bangs, definitely had trouble sleeping in.

Service was excelent, staff was friendly and the overall cleanliness was exceptional, the decorations were quite interesting because it had some traditional Mexican dishes and how to make them, the space was well lighted.

all good in the hotel, is just a bit difficult for someone without a car, because there is nothing around there, you cannot cross the street or at least there is not a street path or crossroads on the highway, the little market isn't of easy access so it was a bit hidden.

The breakfast was awesome, the room was cool and confy, the bed great, bathroom relaxing, the staff really friendly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

I did not like that it was my first reservation with Booking and I did not pay attention the pool was closed for renovation, that one was on me, the staff patienly explained that to me and we decide to stay and we choose the right thing.

My husband loved the breakfast he was really happy that y'all had a buffet, location was excellent it was really close to different shopping centers.

To be honest we liked everything!

Nice location with good access to Apodaca and airport

The price is little bit high considering some details like lack of indoor slippers and poor bath amenities.

Bed was really comfortable and bathrooms where clean.

Taking into account that most of the people staying would be because they have a flight and the hotel's location is near to the airport, breakfast time is not friendly.

Clean, friendly, modern, lots of minor amenities that most others dont give

Pool closes at 10, bar at 11:30, wish they were open later

New modern facility. Convenient free shuttle to the airport.

Yo could hear noise/tv/conversations from the adjacent rooms. Bed sheets were not of a good quality.

It was a very good place to stay at, and the staff were respectful and quick workers, also the rooms are very clean
