I liked the fact the rooms are very big even a regular room. There is also a casino attached to the hotel if you are a gambler and a bar that plays music. Also across the street basically is Devon House which is for family solo and romantic couples if you like a park like scenery with Icecream a bakery and even an upscale Steak Restaurant as well as other places to eat and on Sundays there are plenty of vendors. There are also stores and restaurants walking distance and the area is very busy but safe...

I did not like the fact that I had a band play music mostly every day outside my room, .. Also the free breakfast area is very hot and the food is made for Jamaicans only. Tourists wanting an american breakfast have to pay for pancakes and omelettes but bacon and sausage links are free & greasy with toast and fruit but if you like eating Jamaican food you will be fine... Also the service to eat dinner is very slow but the servers were nice.

Centrally located in a safe neighborhood. Property was well kept and staff were friendly and responsive to requested items. Breakfast was lovely and staff were attentive . It was nice they allowed me to meet up with my friends for breakfast for a charge.

Property shows its age and could use some updating. I was given two towels at the begining of a six day stay for two people and every day I had to request additional towels. At time refresh did not replace towels. Not in their control but traffic in that area at certain times was miserable.

Great location, atmosphere, and the staff was AMAZING! I did not encounter a single staff member who did not have a great attitude. This was particularly important since it seems it's normal in Jamaica nowadays to just be rude all the time. I loved how quiet and peaceful it was. My nephew joined me for dinner and he was not made to feel unwelcomed as I'd experienced previously in an all-inclusive hotel. It was just lovely overall. Wish I'd stayed longer, but will plan on doing so on another trip.

I didn't see an elevator, so we had to bring my heavy luggage down the stairs. Would've given a higher rating had there been an elevator.

Bedsheet and blankets is too rough

The property was clean, and the staff were exceptional. I ate dinner at the Regency restaurant, and had one of the best dinners I’ve had in my entire life. The resort was quiet and comfortable, with all of the amenities that we could ask for. In the evening, they provided a turn down service where they gave out cookies and water bottles, and were, responsive to my every need. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Kingston for exceptional and for the incredible service and experience. I will be visiting again in the near future hopefully!

The staff were fantastic, very attentive. Felicia on reception and one of the managers with thick black framed glasses were super helpful and welcoming. The location was great, easy access to Devon House, Bob Marley Museum and if you have any official business such as passport etc. The breakfast was amazing, great Jamaican spread. Also liked the fact there is a gym with a view of the pool.

My kettle was rusty, only issue. The staff brought me hot water when needed. I understand most may not have tea and so the kettle is unused, just remember to check it or remove it.

There is an incidental fee of $85/night that should be mentioned on booking instead of a $265 damage fee

The breakfast was fantastic! So many different options. It was so tasty, especially the French toast Strawberry cheesecake 😋 You could have traditional Jamaican food, which was absolutely delicious with many choices including ackee and salt fish, and callaloo, As well as many other delicious dishes.There was also toast, bacon, sausage and eggs. Or an omelet with tons of choices like onions, sweet red peppers or cheese. And many more choices! The room was clean and comfortable. The house keeping was excellent. Amazing shower! The pool was very enjoyable, perfect temperature and lovely to swim in. The grounds are stunning and everything is very well kept.

I enjoyed everything about my week vacation at Terra Nova The Staff were polite, friendly.and helpful. If we needed anything, we just asked and it was arranged.

Location, customer service, food. Fantastic! And the beds were sooooò comfy. Couldn't fault any of it. Exceeded my expectations.

The pool was not clean and therefore unusable. Limited outside areas for daytime use. A wedding took place on the Saturday so there was nowhere outside to go and sit. But other than that, all was excellent. Oh one thing the netting by our window was torn. My other half opened the window as he didn't notice the tear at the base and the mosquitos ate us alive....

The breakfast was excellent and started us off perfectly each day. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and the gym facilities, while basic, definitely got the job done. You are definitely in the city but transport was cheap to the beach and other areas and there was things to do within walking distance.

Watch out for mosquitos when you travel to Jamaica especially during the rainy season. Would recommend bug spray or covering up exposed skin.
