The hotel can be reached with Line 1 Shenzhen metro Taoyuan stop, or by taxi (very reasonable price) directly from the ferry port or airport. The staff was always very helpful. A special shout-out to Shaun for helping translate how to use our foreign card, all his helpful hints and friendly help. The hotel is right out close to a beautiful park for a nice walk, as well as has a 7-eleven for delicious snacks and cappuccino, or any other needs, and the best icecream! It was super comfortable and quiet, very beautiful room and best price and comfort! We'll be gladly back!

A small thing, but for couples relevant. The bathroom door couldn't be completely closed, there was a small rift as it was unleveled, could be fixed. Another small detail, maybe adding a help in English on how to turn the humidity remover, as add-on function to the air-conditioning (there are two different settings).

I liked the facilities. We had a kitchenette which we didn’t make use of but which was very nice nonetheless. The best part was checking out. We were startled to meet Shaun, who is not Chinese, on staff. His English was perfect and talking to him was nice. Her assisted us to load our bags into a Didi and negotiated with her when she resisted taking our suitcases.

The front door faces a back road behind the main street of the shopping complex, and there were no signs on that side to point us around. This is a small issue, but we had six bags, so that added a bit of stress.

Property is good. Staff is friendly and helpful but they have difficulty understanding English. Breakfast spread is decent. But being a vegetarian, the spread is not of much use.

Initially, I was not alloted The category of room I had booked through booking.com. I had to explain this to the guy at reception which took lot of time. I changed 3 rooms to finally get the room that I had booked. The guy at reception told me that they had received incorrect information from booking.com. I don't know whether it was hotel's fault or the website's fault.

I've been travelling to China for well over 20 years now, I've stayed all types of hotels Shanghai to Beijing to Shenzhen and inbetween, from the ridiculously expensive to the super cheap! Finding basic English Language skills, friendliness, professionalism and service oriented behaviour even in the most expensive hotels are always my greatest struggles! In Sentosa - Shaun, the front house liaison manager is the most elegant, the most professional, the most energetic, the professional rock star I've ever seen in China! Not only does he have a unique look, a Pakistani with a funky ponytail but he speaks fluent Chinese and of course fluent English! There was NOTHING that I asked him for that he couldn't do or fix or arrange! I called him at 02:00 am because of an argument with a taxi driver because I didn't have enough cash, he answers the phone translated and fixed the problem! I called him on his day off I called him first thing in the morning at 07:15 am he answers and fixes! My daughter got sick with a nasty ear infection, HE WALKED ME TO THE HOSPITAL AND EXPLAINED TO THEM THE SITUATION AND SHOWED ME THE HOSPITAL PROCESS AND WHERE TO GET THE MEDICINE!! If I needed a car, tickets, a massage, a happy ending hahahaha, product/sample deliveries there was nothing I asked him for that he couldn't do! A true superman of Sentosa! Nice hotel, nice location nice rooms, ok value for money but the Rock star of the lobby was definitely Shaun! Stay at this hotel because of Shaun, it'll make a world of difference! Breakfast buffet was great value for money...

Rooms could be a little bigger, the keys need to be regularly changed but other than that nothing to complain about.

The hotel is clean and the rest area is fantastic. I like the coffee machine in the rest area and drinks there is for free.

Staff needs to speak English

Very nice staff, great breakfast, people in their Western Restaurant are very kind, the manager Ms Cai and the the intern Shanbin Wang are very helpful. If you have any problems, get Ms Cai she will help you.

Staff was helpful in advising me on vegetarian food options. Thank you, SHAUN. It was good to meet you. Overall Facilities are good. Special thanks to Shaun.

Slightly old interiors but absolutely fine

Cleaning, Amenities, Breakfast, staffs Location was great Muslim Restaurant nearby

There was water leakage in the shower. Whenever you take a shower the whole bathroom/toilet area got flooded.

The location beside Metro station.

The door of bathroom isn’t completely closed , and the receptionist doesn’t speak English well.
