Nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, restaurant with good food which serves their own beer Slezský Džbán, fast and stable WiFi.

The furniture is a bit outdated, I had flashbacks from my childhood in the early 90s. The rooms on the 2nd floor which are just below the roof are also very small as the ceiling copies the roof, I bumped my head into it more than once.

Our stay was very pleasant, property lived up to expectations. Hotel was basic, our small double room under the roof didn't give us much space, but everything was clean and we didn't come here to be inside. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Every food we tried in restaurant during our stay was very well prepared and tasty.

We got a friendly welcome of the lady at the reception. We liked the 'swimming' pool (it's more like a giant jacuzzi) The breakfast buffet was nice (nothing special but nice) The small city is nice but it feels a bit empty in the evening The food was good (we tried a kinda board with different cheeses and meats)

The parking spaces in front of the hotel are rather limited and we were only able to park our car the last day before leaving. We had to climb a lot of stairs to get to our room The bed was under the rooftop and we hit our heads and arms more than once at night while turning around

Especially I liked there was a space for children to play where we could spend a lot of time. Hotel does not have its own playground but there is one nearby. The restaurant was also pleasant, all the staff was super nice.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room with shower room and hallway. Friendly and helpful reception, restaurant and spa staff. Good quality and variety of breakfast and evening food. Located in heart of village.

Wonderful hotel with its own little wellness centre with hot (and I mean hot!) thermal water. If you are a guest, the entrance to the swimming pool is for free, jacuzzi in "barrels" is for 150czk extra, which is bargain. The room was clean, bed comfortable, I had dinner and breakfast which were both excellent. Special plus for a super nice lady at the reception! Will come back!

Something that cannot really be changed without a complete reconstruction - the ceiling in the upper floors, the curves and sharp edges left me with quite a few bumps on my head. If you are tall, try to get a room on the 2nd, not 3rd floor.

Great location right in the middle of beautiful town. Older style hotel with nice rooms.
