It's a budget place in a top location, and you get a decent room for it, with the things you need (incl towel provided). The staff is lovely and helpful, they even kept my bag for 2 days and then made sure it was where I was staying next. I'm sure if I'd had a question they would have been more than helpful. The WiFi worked well. It was clean, no bugs. Some instructions: follow what they send, not the signs to Yan Yan. It's like one hotel with many names, you first go to E block floor nine, then to the right and right to the apartment 6 for check in. Then they will bring you to your room, which may be in a different block & apartment. To find e block just take the main entrance and its a bit down on your right, there's signs.

If you're a woman by yourself, this is not the fault of the hotel of course, the place downstairs to navigate can be difficult, especially at night. The men can be a bit harassing, staring intensely, etc. I just found the shortest shortcut to get in and out, once upstairs at the place I felt very safe.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I booked a room with a shared bathroom, but as I was going to stay for only one night, so they upgraded me to the room with a private bathroom. There were some facilities there and a storage room

It was a bit difficult to find a location, cuz there are many blocks in 1 building. But the location in total is amazing, very close to literally everything.

the location is very good, near avenue of the star , star ferry that can take you to Hongkong Island, and you can have breakfast/ lunch at cafe the coral in CKE next to CK mansion. Although the way to the lift have to pass the indian/pakistani shops but when we are in the guest house it is quite and the receptions/helper are so nice. they tidy up and change the towel and bed sheet every day. Like other hotel in HK, the place is so packed but in terms of value, it worth

if you want to buy food there, better to ask the price first other wise you are going to be surprised when they charge you. many people stay there so you have to queue for the lift.

The location was great, close to multiple attractions and MTR station was nearby. The room was actually larger than I expected. Rooms were cleaned daily and all the basic necessities were provided: towel, water, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, heated showers, soap etc.

The toilet was a little small and might not be available if there are too many guests. Chung King Mansions seems a little shady but I never felt too unsafe, just be vigilant. The waiting time for the lifts can be a bit long as well. Otherwise, I had an excellent stay and I can't find any major complaints!

Family room is spacious for 4 people, considering rooms in other hostels in Chungking. Bus stop is just in front of the building, TST train station too. You can buy stuff on the lobby stores like bottled water, cooked food, snacks, etc (which we found cheaper than nearby convenience stores!) You can also buy luggage there if you need it. Host is very kind and their Filipina staff Ate Cherry waited for us even though we arrived midnight (around 2am). They also have cold and hot water dispenser for their guests. You can also borrow their utensils. They have microwave and refrigerator. They also change your bed sheets, blankets and towels everyday. Superb service! 👍🏻

Don’t be afraid or intimidated with the men on the lobby if they offer stuff, just ignore them. Also, if you are sensitive to smell of spices, just wear face mask when you go to the ground floor/lobby. Because they have lots of small restaurants there where you can buy middle eastern/asian food.

Considering the low price in the center of Hong Kong you cannot expect a luxury appartment, so it was absolutely sufficient for the price and the fact that we only spent time there to sleep while we were travelling around the city the whole day. The personnel was very kind and tried to make our stay as good as possible.

It was a little bit confusing to find the place, as it is located at an upper floor of some kind of market hall and when you finally reach the given address, a note on the door tells, that you have to go to another floor for check-in, but all in all that's a minor issue.

I really like this guest house. The owner and the staff were friendly. The place is also very strategist, near to public transportation, and easy to go to the airport.

The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, the staff friendly and accommodating which is not common in Hong Kong. This city is notorious for tiny spaces but this guest house is comfortable enough. The underbed space is clean and allows for storage of luggages. They use white beddings and it is clean. The towels are a bit small but they change it everyday. It has decent amenities a small fridge, basic toiletries, universal plug, and they provide hot and cold drinking water. The best part is how clean it is. There are no off smells, bed stains, nor any trace of insects.

The lift can get busy.

I really liked my room! I stayed in two different accommodations in Hong Kong, and this was definitely the best one. The rooms are kept clean, there's AC and also a fan, everything works well, the facilities inside the rooms are good. Kumar, the owner, is a very friendly person, who even treated me to a fanta for free when I arrived. The filipina lady that manages the rooms is also very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her whenever I saw her. The bet is comfortable, the sheets were clean. Honestly, for the price you pay, I doubt you'll find anything better in all of Hong Kong!

The showers aren't the best. Very small bathrooms where you shower, with barely any place to hang your clothes and towel. However, it was clean and the water was warm! If it wasn't for this I'd rate 10/10
