After our arrival in City Express Hotel, my wife and I have realized how good choice we have done by choosing exactly this hotel. Our room was tidy and although of relatively smaller size, it was convenient and allowed us to have a good night rest before our morning departure by El Chepe train from Los Mochis to Creel. We were pleasantly surprised with the fact that a hotel is organizing a free transfer for its guests who take El Chepe train from a train station located roughly 6 kilometers away from the city center. Also, hotel is practically ideally located in the center within an easy walking distance to everything one could need during a short stay in Los Mochis city.

The only negative detail is the fact that a shower head was fixed, not allowing for a proper treatment of several body parts. I have to admit that the largest majority of Mexican hotels I have encountered this deficiency.

The beds pillows were very comfortable and good wifi. Nice to have a desk, which we used to do a little computer work. Breakfast was fresh and warm in the morning. Staff was very friendly and patience with our lack of Spanish. The park just across the street was a great place to stretch our legs after the long drive. Overall great experience, we will stay there again.

If I have to write some thing in this box, it would be a little noise from the traffic, but was short lived and quieted down in the early evening. Ear plugs solved that issue too!! Like I said, minor issue.

one of the receptionists was not very skilled and seemed overwhelmed with normal requests, location is a bit afar from center with only shopping centers around but not much to do or see (except botanical garden)

Did not use breakfast, nice location.

The telephone in the room was useless- had no cord. The Safety Deposit box at Reception needs a better system to find the keys, it is very inconvenient for a rushing guest and very embarrassing for an eager to help FD Clerk.

Staff were wonderful. Helped us book a bus trip in Spanish that we couldn’t do. Hotel is modern clean and comfortable. Free breakfast and transport to train and bus station is excellent.

Very difficult to cross the roads to get to Walmart

This is a very safe and comfortable hotel. There are lots of shops next door and it's easy to get to the train station by taxi.

A bit more choice at breakfast, different breads and eggs?

The breakfast was good and the times it as served as well - we were ableto sleep in a bit and still have breakfast there.

The room is a bit small but it worked

Always reliable and efficient. You know what you get and it’s pretty good value with breakfast included. Gym is a plus

Good location, near a mall, movie theaters, shops, restaurants, and an OXXO across the street. Clean sheets and good WiFi

checkin did not have my reservation. eventually it was sorted out and I was checked in. Front desk was not as friendly as in most other places.
