The property was perfect . Atmosphere,facilities .Spectacular view.

On the check in arrival , the welcome from the front crew was fine but seem a little bit unfriendly . During our stay we were so happy with the facilities and every meal from the restaurant,all the staff in the Bistro and the house keepers were helpful with smiles and friendly conversations. But at the end of this stay I already checked out and waited for my car to pick me up, I noticed that last minute while the guests who checked out and left the hotel while I was sitting there waiting for my car ,the crew who had farewell duty say goodbye and gave a property’s souvenir to everyone of them .This is supposed to be done to every guest . When the moment our family left the hotel , no such a farewell treat was given to us . That moment I felt like we were not welcome here .

Great hotel, great location on the river, an early morning swim in the pool overlooking the river was amazing! breakfast was really good, plenty of options and you can order as much as you want from the menu at no extra cost. The room was fantastic, bed was large and comfortable and had a great view of the river and mountains from our bed. Great staff, really friendly

The water pressure in the bath was really poor and we were unable to have a nice relaxing bath as it would of taken hours to fill up.

We had an amazing two day stay at this beautiful hotel. It’s located in a peaceful area, about two and a half hours from Bangkok. We stayed in Villa #4, which was lovely and had everything we needed except for a stove. The villa also had its own private pool. The resort has a restaurant, and there’s a small traditional supermarket nearby. They also offer bicycles and have an outdoor public pool. The price for the villa, including breakfast, was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They also provide a complimentary afternoon tea once during your stay, which was a nice touch. The city center is about a 30-minute drive from the resort. However, the resort’s transportation services are quite expensive, so I recommend taking a taxi for a better price.

This is a high-end location with a twist. It's funky-cool in a luxury way. The staff is amazing and the food as well. They really take care of you, but you also pay for it. The room we had was the 'container-looking' room close to the pool. It was a really cool room, good airco, a laying bed on the balcony for relaxing and some complementary snacks and drinks every day. You could easily book your daytrips at the hotel. Beds were good and the bathroom area was really nice as well. Wellness area was amazing (we did the massages and was great).

You need to be aware that it's a bit of a drive to get to the city. 20 min or so. Taxi's don't really go there so you need to book it at the hotel for 500 bat (13 EUR). This is rather expensive for thailand. It didn't bother us too much though. The city is not very pretty, and quite chaotic, so we really enjoyed not staying in the city and get the wellness feel at the hotel.

The fallingwater pool villas are stunning, private, spacious and immensely comfortable. The restaurant served delicious Thai staples like Green curry and fried rice. Their mango daquiries were stunning - I had two.

There were a lot of trainee staff on the 2nd morning and breakfast wasn't running smoothly. Our orders were taken but didn't come out and on one occasion, we had to check if it was forgotten (and it felt like it might have been as it came out after my partner had finished his meal).

Everything is perfect. Breakfast is excellent. Special thanks to the manager, Fern. She treats her customers with such a refined manner, as do all the staff working with her.

Soap was provided with the towels and we were not informed that it was not free. My wife took it as a souvenir to the hotel. Upon leaving, she was surprised to find that they asked for a large sum of money for it. I had to return it to them. The problem of geckos and ants must be solved.

We loved this property! It is very modern, urban chic and so tastefully done. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable huge bed, wifi and everything you could need. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and the river. The pool is gorgeous and we enjoyed a few swims. Drinks, breakfast, one complimentary afternoon tea and dinner at the restaurant were all fantastic. The resort organised a day tour for us which we loved. It was a long day though with a bit of walking but we enjoyed experiencing Hellfire Pass and getting to see the countryside. The staff in reception had excellent English which made communication easy. Worth every cent and I highly recommend this property.

The staff were amazing! They were friendly, did everything with a smile, spoke excellent English and surprised us with so many acts of kindness. The room was amazing. We had a floating room right on the river. Very peaceful. I’ll always keep the memory of laying on the rooftop in a very comfortable bed watching the stars at night… and seeing a shooting star. The restaurant… the best food I’ve ever eaten. Compliments to the chef. The prawn lemon risotto was excellent! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Cross River!

Perfect stay from the first minute until the last one! The Waterfall Pool Villa is amazing, well done full of fun & useful amenities, Marshall speaker in house, L’Occitane amenities, & the unique Cross brand lifestyle fun touch! The breakfast is always tasty, serving super fast & with a large menu (Sparkling wine available if you want to flex a bit!) Last but not least, the staff.. They made us feel so welcomed & with a sincere communication & smile! Kudos to K. Meow & K. Ning & everyone else! You are an amazing Team guys!

Beautiful room so many personal touches you really feel like they care about who you are and they take the time to get to know you. It really is like a home away from home on the river. We also loved the lofi music because we play in the background so much when we’re trying to come down our lives so to come here was like magic. When we come back to Thailand, we will definitely be staying here again oh and the food was absolutely amazing loved it.
