Attractive facility, easily noticed from the freeway by the sign. Clean, comfortable and just right for an overnight stay while traveling the CA route 5. Free parking, free breakfast, including a waffle maker which is a winner with my husband! Also freshly baked cookies at check-in time. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had trouble with connecting the WiFi but it did work well once we figured it out. My only complaint is the pillows are too big and fluffy. Need a variety- 2 fluffy, 2 flatter.

Was overcharged due to issues with booking.com (according to hotel). Trying to resolve this has been timely and irritating.

Booking.com and/or Comfort Inn should have gone the mile themselves to ensure a customer was not overchaged. They knew there was a problem and just let it slide. Feel ripped off.

The room so cold and fresh walking in, the mini fridge was on and cold even freezer. Beds and pillows so comfy. So clean breakfast was great even low carb and sugar free options.

No elevator it was hard to do the stairs with bad back

Not, handy cap accessible only one accessible room it was already taken and it only had one bed. We had to carry the child and wheelchair up a flight of stairs. It’s a good thing we were multiple family’s together so we could help.

Parking lot one way in and security guard watching our cars. You can empty the cars all you want, they’ll crush that window just to see if you’re hiding something. Let’s you sleep

I didn’t like the dudes hanging out in the lobby…. lol. They were scruffy and slobs. However; that’s not the motels problem.

Loved that the beds were comfortable and room was really clean. Excellent breakfast options. Easy access right off of the freeway. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I have stayed here several times and will continue to do so in the future.

The homeless encampment on the west hill side and people digging in the trash cans on hotel grounds its not the hotels fault its the city council and local PD and state of CA will not do anything
