Location was very convenient next to some fast food and gas which was welcome after a long drive, and it was also convenient to sightseeing in and around Mount Shasta. If you are looking at the price and the location and the photos and thinking ‘yeah this seems fine’ and the only thing holding you back is the star rating, go ahead and book it. It’s a perfectly reasonable place to sleep. I don’t know what’s up with the reviews, there’s nothing wrong with this place - it has the quality you would expect based on the photos and the price.

Very nostalgic style motel, fresh plums growing out front(the small ones are amazingly delicious), staff was friendly, cost was affordable, large parking for Jeep wrangler with a trailer out back.

Not necessarily a did not like, but a hot breakfast would have been perfect, the variety of offerings at breakfast were satisfying enough you won’t be hungry afterwards.

The view of Mt. Shasta from my room was incredible! I watched the mountain change color to beautiful red during sunset. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area outside was safe and many food choices very close. I would stay there again.

A guest cooked a very pungent smelling curry type of meal in their room that came into my room and was overpowering. It took a couple of hours to clear out. It was late at night around 11pm.

Good location, and beautiful grounds around the property. Room and linens were clean. Although this is an older property it has been well cared for. Good value for the money and will definitely stay again. I was afraid the freeway noise would be a problem, but once in room, there was no problem and I slept well.

Bed was a bit softer than I like, but all in all I have nothing bad or negative to say about this property.

The place suited my needs, just needed a clean and safe place to sleep while on a road trip. It’s older and a little run down but it was clean, safe and near some eating and gas, etc establishments. Breakfast was coffee and snacks things. They accepted my dog, altho charged me $20. I’d stay there again.

The entire Staff was very Nice people....plenty of Hot water, Nice A/C , Microwave & Fridge....bbq area was awesome! Nice big t.v.

bathroom didn't lock, no coffee in the room for the coffee pot. Remote for t.v. did not work very good....no ice scoop.

The room was quite ok with the rate I paid for. The staff is polite and friendly.centrally located.

Nothing to complain . It may not be the best one but I was safe, was affordable and staff was polite and helpful. Near to amenities and. Freeway for my next travel after a good night sleep / rest. Mount Shasta was right infront of you from the hotel

Forgot there was breakfast, so went to Starbucks. Came back with cash that we didn't have to leave for a tip in the two rooms, then saw breakfast. No one was there, so we couldn't leave room cleaning tip -- sorry for that !

This motel is a little retro, but cute, clean and comfy. It was also close to where I usually stop and weed California so it was very convenient.
