This is a classic roadside motel with very comfortable, nicely updated rooms. A lovely breakfast is served in a beautiful stone house on the property. You get the fun retro vibe from the motel room and a bed and breakfast feel in the breakfast room. I thought it was the best of both worlds in a casual setting. The staff proactively contacted me about their process for late check-ins after the office closed. When I arrived, the arrangements had been made just as I expected. The Mexican restaurant right next door was open until 9 which was handy for a late dinner.

The motel is a few blocks away from the pretty central downtown area, but it was an easy walk.

Very nice Inn just a few minutes to town. You see her majesty, Mt. Shasta, from the little courtyard. Rooms are adequately equipped with everything you need for a short term stay, even fridge, microwave and a Keurig coffee machine. Beds were perfect for me, and there are additional blankets and duvets for colder nights. Breakfast freshly prepared for you and made with much love and care, expect minor delays at rush hour. Very nice staff allover, cheerful and very accommodating!

If there was an Espresso or Latte choice, it would have made my breakfast perfect. Filter coffee isn't really my favorite. Due to the location right at the main street to town, there is some street noise and of course you hear the nearby passing train.

Lovely, welcoming property! Quaint table and chairs outside in the front of the room. The room decor was charming, helpful and comfortable. My son needed to be on a ZOOM call shortly after we arrived and it went smoothly at the desk provided. The wine event from 5-6pm was an unexpected bonus. The grounds have comfortable seating in two areas, front and back of main room. Very relaxing. Tiffany was especially helpful with our needs. The room was quiet and the AC was great. The bed was comfortable but the pillows did not meet my need. I had my own so that worked well. Food was within walking distance or you can take a quick drive to many more places with outside seating.

A variety of pillow types would be great. I would refer a dairy item be added with breakfast, such as yogurt or cottage cheese.

Spacious rooms, good parking. Lots of space to sit outside. Good amenities. Good towels. Hot water and coffee all day in the lobby.

The breakfast is very limited. No fresh veggies, only the same fruit. Waffles are good, but not everyone can have it. May be regular serial? May be eggs in different varieties, not only hard boiled? May be cheese or cream cheese, as variety? Just a suggestion; since someone is standing in the kitchen already making those huge waffles every morning...

The entire property was very quaint and cozy with gardens to enjoy outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast which was made on site, was absolutely lovely. It was also fabulous to have the garden tap right next-door as well as an excellent Mexican restaurant on the other side. Also, wine tasting was a very nice touch.

The parking spaces were quite small, as we arrived in a pick up truck. And the little patio set that is right outside your room is lovely, except for the fact that you just have to stare at your vehicle rather than the beautiful grounds around.

BREAKFAST!!!!!!!! If you aren't a fan of waffles and syrup ... there's no other choice with your coffee and juice! First morning ... ok. Thanks Cheyanne. Second morning with same limited menu - so No Thanks ... left for Black Bear.

This place is darling. We stayed in a King Suite, which was bigger than we expected with a spatious living room and separate bedroom. There was a little bistro set in the entryway to ejoy a morning coffee or evening coctail. The property offered nightly wine tasting and complementary breakfast (waffles or oatmeal with hard-boiled eggs and fruit) and was located right across the street from Harvest, an affiliated restaurant, and walking distance from two additional restaurants and a local bar.

The only issue I had was that the vending machine only took one-dollar bills. Everything else was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.

A quaint motel style stay in the lovely town of Mount Shasta. I loved it here as it has character. Nice room, comfy bed, all clean and fresh, breakfast is made to order as you go to the dining room rather than help yourself. We were offered waffles and fruit which was really nice. There is a communal patio area front and back of the hotel. Perfect for star gazing after a long day. We ate at the Mexican restaurant right next door, handy and enjoyable

Rooms are a little on the small side

Beautiful property with outside seating on the lawn. Our room was cute and very clean. I loved the pine. Great location on the main street with restaurants in close walking distance. We'll reserve a king suite next time for more space. Breakfast included was a nice touch.

The bed was too firm for me, but my husband didn't mind it. Two of the rooms have a step up into the bathroom area, so just know that if you have mobility issues. Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay and will we back again!

We are so glad we found this place! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious surprise (what a wonderful blueberry waffle!!). This was such a beautiful property- The grounds were immaculately maintained. And wine tasting was a lovely treat, sitting outdoors, enjoying the evening, sun and flowers. The room was large with an incredible king bed, very comfortable. Wonderful closet and clothes storage space, desk, and living area. Everything was immaculately clean. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
