The Motel is right off the freeway and perfect for some one or a group that is just having rest time there and are exploring more of Shasta. We had an absolute amazing time, it was very clean, and the owner was very polite and helpful. We had tons of restaurants and stores we could walk to. Definitely will be our place to stay every time we visit Shasta County.

I liked everything about the property. If you really must, bring extra body wash and shampoo&conditioner. If you have a bad back like myself I always bring an extra pillow with me anywhere and I forgot this time but it was still very pleasant.

The location in downtown Weed was perfectly central. We walked to shops and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The young man who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The furnishings were older, but our rooms were very clean and the place was quiet. My bed was really comfortable and the sheets were so soft! I had a very good night's sleep. In the morning we went across the street to get coffee and drove to our next destination. We love Weed! A great value!

I wish HGTV could come in and revamp this place! It is charming, but a re-done bathroom would and new furniture would go a long way.

The couple who lived on property were very kind and conscientious. The room was clean and had the amenities (mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot and toiletries) needed to make it feel like a home away from home.

Self contained, all there, fridge, bathroom, all you need. Large supermarket 5 min drive away, 8 miles from shasta. Quite clean. Owners pleasant and eager to please. Parking easy. Fairly quiet.

The lady that checked us in was so very nice. We talked for a minute and she had me laughing so hard. I booked the room literally as we were walking through the door and she was not upset that she had to wait for the fax from the booking agent. Just a very nice lady. Also she gave us the name of a very good place to eat in walking distance. The bathroom had a big tub very nice. Also a desk to set and work if the need be. Will stay there again most definitely.

The only thing I didn't like is when we got ready to check out the office wasn't open. I like to make sure everything gets back to the front desk and make sure the key gets back to. Oh and the frig didn't that cold, it was shut off when we got to the room.

We were in room 115, the room and bathroom were very clean. Air conditioner worked well. Water pressure was great. The check in was easy, and staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.

The ONLY bad thing was the bed. It was insanely firm like a box spring. There were only 2 pillows on the bed, but we grabbed a couple at the local store.

It was clean, staff was super friendly and it’s directly across from a dollar general and a weed souvenir shop so it was in a perfect location! Staff was friendly and the check in process was super quick and easy

The woman who checked us in was gracious and helpful. The room was very, very clean. We've been staying at Motel 6 because they don't have old fashioned bedspreads or carpeting that always feels dirty. Here, even those 2 things seemed plenty clean. Several guests had doors open, sitting outside and were friendly. OH NO - I just realized we forgot to leave a tip in the room - I'll send one!!!

The truck traffic is very noisy, which of course, isn't something they can fix! It would nice to have a sign indicating you can park next door since their lot is quite small

I liked that I could arrive late. It’s so close to the espresso and bakery place to grab breakfast and go.

I am pretty sure there was at least one car parked in the lot closest to the building using the WiFi. It is probably time to chang the password!

Staff were friendly and helpful. They put me on the ground floor in a quiet location that was easy to access. There was a refrigerator with a freezer which is great when you are traveling in hot weather. I was able to completely freeze my ice blocks for my cooler.

I had to backtrack two miles to charge my electric vehicle in the morning. No breakfast but it wasn't offered at booking so I didn't expect it.
