Location is perfect you are 5 minutes driving from shasta downtown which is perfect also you are very close to the lake , and about 30 minutes from waterfalls, place is very clean inside and outside looks like the owners take care the property very well, they are very friendly and take care you, very safe area for kids and adults, has a beautiful view to the mount shasta , they have create different areas to hang out in the property, like hammocks, fire pits, lawn area to play games, pool with warm water, jacuzzi. We were so happy to stayed there.

Everything is good but l think breakfast could be a little better like maybe have scrambled eggs, waffle maker machine, to make some for breakfast and have more variety of bagels that will make it better

The motel is extremely worth the stay! There are two places to hang out that have chairs/tables and its lit up at night making it really inviting. The jacuzzi area is very comfortable and large and also lit up at night. The area is in the perfect location to drive downtown and many other site seeing locations and great eats. The mountain view from our room was amazing and the breakfast was simple but good!

There is no elevator to get anything heavy like our cooler up the stairs, but we made it! Heads up for those that need that accommodation (make sure to book a lower floor).

We love to stay here when we are in Mt. Shasta. It's in a beautiful and quiet location with views of the mountain from the room. The grounds are very well kept and comfortable, and it's a pet-friendly place. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast is wonderful, including delicious fresh-picked apples and other fruit from the property. Parking is plentiful and easy. It's a little ways out of the main business section, but it's a short drive into town. This is where the firefighters stay when they're in town, and that says a lot!

All was great.

The Inn has some very wonderful qualities. We loved the roses, the outdoor lights and seating area, the fruit trees and wild blackberries on the property. The staff were very responsive and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast included yogurt, fresh fruit, bread/bagels, cereal and pastries.

Because the carpet and furniture are on the older side, the room seemed a bit outdated. Although it was very clean, the initial impression was not as positive as it might have been with a new bedspread and carpet.

Great location with a nice view of mount Shasta from outside the window of the lodge. It’s short 10 minute drive to the Shasta ski resort. Room was very clean and the owner was friendly and accommodating. Nice free continental breakfast. Bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled. Good size fridge was just big enough to keep a few days worth of food. Nothing like a hot tub after a day of skiing to relax and watch the sunset over mount Shasta.

Room was a little small but not too big a deal since we spent most of the days skiing/ snowboarding and exploring the town.

A very decent motel with quite a lot to offer. Nice pool and hot tub.

Management upgraded the light fixtures but the bulbs are cool and harsh (they gave me headache). Really need to fix that. Need more outlets (and by bed). We were woken up by the alarm clock going off at 1 AM! That was awful and ruined our night. I told the staff about it. They had been very nice but did not seem to care about that. I see that their prices have gone up. Not as reasonable as it used to be considering it is a motel. Would be really good to have updated blankets and cover.

The property is very well maintained. Quiet. Nice barbecue area with plenty of lawn. Hammocks !! Great pool and hot tub. There are views of Mt. Shasta from the rooms as stated. The location is convenient. Nice breakfast.

It was a little above our price range but it was the only place available that could accommodate our family during the Labor Day holiday.

630 am back window deer walked by. Beautiful ceramic inlay multiple places. Large ceramic spa and pool. Refreshing pins and needles shower head. Handicap bars in shower a plus. Quiet, away from freeway and town center, zero traffic noise. Full kitchen available for cooking. 4 cup coffee pot in room, microwave and mini refrigerator.

Great breakfast, gluten-free eggs, youghart, fruit, coffee: but only one type juice. Others enjoyed the pastry.

Overall, I would have to say that we got full value for the cost of our short stay... The bed was very comfortable, and the heating was really 👌 🔥 good..I was taken aback by the spread that was laid out for breakfast. Cereal, yogurts, bagels and cream cheese..loads of hot coffee, Pastries..excellent choice.. Not aware of any road noise whatsoever.. Would definitely stay here again if in the area .

We had a good stay overnight at this motel. It was in a beautiful location with views of the snow-capped mountains and with Mt. Shasta behind the motel. The room we stayed in was clean and surprisingly modern and renovated. The bed and pillows were decently comfortable. The parking was free and safe which was great. It was a simple check-in and out process. There was complimentary breakfast in the morning but we did not avail of it as we had to leave early. This place is dog friendly. It was a good stay for a stopover.
