Love the cleanliness of the place. Love the breakfast. Love the trip suggestions. You can tell the hosts Love what they do. There is so much thoughtfulness and care put into everything.

Nothing about the property in particular, but the place works better for people with a vehicle just because of the location.

Very relaxed atmosphere at the property, All of the minor details when traveling were looked after and well organized. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts on the outside deck. Exceptional cleanliness. The location turned out ideal for our plans when visiting Kelowna.

There really wasn't anything we did not like, our only suggestion was to have a late night "cookie jar". We were a tad peckish after an evening event - we did enjoy the fruit that was in our room though.

Jay and Jessie are delightful hosts. They were incredibly friendly and helped make the stay more enjoyable. The property is the best we have ever stayed in. They have gone the extra mile and thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Cleanliness is of the highest standard. We could not think of a single thing that could be done to improve it. We would definitely return if ever in the area and would recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed with Jessie and Jay for 5 days in the Okanagan. We enjoyed every second of it! We stayed in the Lavendar room which had a King bed, and a private bathroom. The facilities were incredibly clean and had all the necessities you could think of. Jay did a great job introducing us to his home and we even got homemade cookies when we arrived! Our breakfast was one of the best parts of our trip down to Kelowna. Jessie knocked it out of the park with her meals. They were healthy, hearty and delicious. We didn’t feel the need to eat until supper every day! We got exceptional service with a beautiful view each morning. Jay provided us with some suggestions on what to do and where to go, and each one we tried impressed us. We tried the fish n chips in Peachland, rented kayaks in Peachland and took a bike ride up to the Myra trestles. Overall our stay was 10/10!!! Consider yourself lucky if you’re able to book a room here. We will be telling all our family & friends about this place. Thanks to our hosts for making our vacay a success!!

I must say Adela's BNB is in an excellent location, tasty breakfast, beautiful & comfortable house. Jay & Jessie are attentive and considerate. Appreciated for their effort. We had a lovely time here.

What a wonderful place! The owners were so welcoming, served a delicious breakfast, and sent us on our way with some homemade yummy treats! Our beautiful king suite room was designed with every last detail in mind: super comfy bed, premium linens, bedside charging ports, bedside floor automatic nightlights, mini fridge, huge TV, big closet & dresser, two luggage racks, great shower and even had heated bathroom floors. Wow! It’s in a nice neighborhood that we enjoyed on an evening walk. Would definitely stay here again!

My best B&B experience ever! We had such a memorable and pleasant stay with Jay and Jessie. The house, our room, and the bath was clear and convenient to perfection! We were amazed by so many details that you may not even find in some 5 star hotels. Jay and Jesse was super nice and friendly and we had many fruitful discussions with them. Besides all, you are treated with an amazing breakfast! We will be definitely back here.

Really nothing! I mean it! If not familiar with Kelowna, you may think living in Downtown Kelowna would be better. But if you have a car you can easily access anywhere around. Specially this B&B is closer to Peachland, my favorite place in this area.

The house is a true gem. There were a lot of "hidden touches" that make the location, facility and the service quite exceptional. From the "running lights" on the beds, to the complete (very) breakfast. All top-notch! A must-stay in West Kelowna.
