The location is splendid, the beds were comfortable and everything was very good. the staff were very friendly and nice. I will definitely come back. oh, Almost forgot that I loved having AC in the room!

the only thing that I would suggest is having a curtain in each bed to make it a bit more private.

Clean, friendly, spacious and amazing proximity to the town centre and beaches. The hosts were attentive and helpful. I arrived early and was able to relax and use the kitchen and dining area and get onto their wifi. The beds were a bit old and squeaky, but the sheets were clean. Large lockers in the room. I was in a 4 bed female dorm which felt comfortable and secure. Good air-conditioning in bedrooms and throughout the hostel. The bathrooms and showers were clean and the water was hot. Towels are free. There was a great outdoor seating and eating area. Be aware the hostel takes a CA$100 breakages fee which is returnable.

Good location. About 5 minutes walk to downtown Kelowna and the central bus interchange.

Staff wandering around in the early hours of the morning slamming every door they could find and yelling away in to their phones. I assumed it was a South Asian Cultural thing as it happened every day for the 2 weeks I was there. Actually the Door thing is hostel wide, every door slams, and I mean SLAMS ! Don’t expect to get any sleep.

Big open Kitchen space, outdoor patio, there’s still use of the common area, kitchen, and patio after you check out. Thank you to the staff member who helped carry my suitcase down the stairs! Location was great as well! The waterfront city park is close! The grocery store is close too!

When I had arrived I had asked for help with my luggage and the front desk member insisted I leave it in storage. I did it myself but I think what should be noted is if you’re able to help someone out and you can’t do it please try and find another staff member to help!

Second visit to Hi Kelowna. It was a busy weekend in Kelowna with the Apple Triathlon on over the Saturday and Sunday and the hostel was full. Enjoyed my time again in the 4 bed female dorm all the girls were lovely, considerate and thoughtful. The bathrooms were clean, and the facilities in the kitchen and dining room were good. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. Thank you

Staff were super friendly and helpful! Beds & rooms felt clean and fresh. The communal areas are great and really nice to spend time in.

I found the washrooms on the second floor to be less maintained than the ones on the third floor, when I initially walked into the second floor washroom I thought it might have been out of service as there was an unused toilet just sitting facing the door with packaging all around it.

Very good staff, location and comfortable bunks. I am an older woman who ended up on an upper bunk due to it being the last bed available, therefore not as easy for me to get up and down. However, I was already aware that this was possible so not complaining.

I needed parking but was unaware I would have to pay extra at the time of booking through booking.com.

Amazing location, close to everything you need! The amenities are great, and the kitchen is very clean and well-equipped with everything you need to cook. Really enjoyed my stay!

The room felt too small for 4 people, with very limited space to store luggage. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly during my stay, and unfortunately, the room floor wasn’t very clean.

I liked that I was able to get a bottom bunk. Climbing into a top bunk would be hard for me because I have a back condition (spodylitis)

I didn't like that the mixed gender room was cheaper than the female-only room. I do like to stay in a room with all females but not if I have to pay more for it. It seems that it is all men in the mixed room as there are no male only rooms.

The parking lot is small and hard to get into at times
