Chatham House far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a clean and comfortable room with easy parking, and we preferred a place which offered breakfast or maybe a hot tub. But this place has everything and so much more. The breakfast is outstanding and they were able to accommodate our dietary needs. The outside area is so peaceful, and the nightly hot tub was relaxing. The location was perfect for access to great dinners, winery tasting, and local spots. Everyone at this B&B was so welcoming and engaging. Our room had a separate side entrance which was very convenient. And our room was spotless. Such a fabulous place!

A terrific stay with a dedicated host who clearly cares about all the details. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and spotlessly clean, and breakfasts were over-the-top terrific. Highly recommended!

We struggled a bit with the wifi. It was free and fast, but seemed to come and go. This would not have affected our stay at all if we were on holiday, but we were working and dependent on reliable wifi. It could have been limited to the room that we were in (Boxwood).

Breakfast was always different with healthy and tasty choices. Donna was an excellent host and was very friendly. The location was great for exploring Kelowna and there was lots of parking. We would definitely choose to stay here again

Great service, friendly staff and huge room (we stayed in the garden room). Janet the text concierge service was v helpful and responsive. Breakfasts were prepared and served with so much care and attention, something different every day.

Not sure whether we should have expected this or not but rooms weren’t serviced/ turned down during our stay (3 nights). Breakfasts were amaaazing but served punctually at a set time of 8.30 each day, rather than an available time window. Slightly further outside the main town area than we expected but it was a nice walk in (20 mins to the busy area).

Breakfast was very good, and nicely presented. The menu changed over the two days, and the variety was appreciated. The outdoor area where we ate breakfast was lovely. The property itself was very quiet and felt private. There are plenty of areas to relax if you so desire.

I felt that the linens on the bed needed an upgrade. They were not luxurious in the least. I was disappointed in the fact that there was not an appropriate place to store our bicycles; after having a response through the booking.com site that there was a place to lock up and store them; the manager didn’t seem to have this information on our reservation, but attempted to “find” a place. That surprised me, as I thought they would be prepared for us, so it didn’t seem that the communication was transferred. We opted to store them off-site, which was inconvenient for all involved.

Breakfast was very good, a choice of serving times and, menu would have been better than one stated time and, a set menu. However, It was enjoyable, and, attractively served in a lovely outdoor garden environment, as the temperature was pleasantly warm. Fresh flowers at each table. Every comfort in our room, and the shower room was truly amazing! If in Kelowna again, I certainly would return!

I would have preferred a room in the upstairs part of the house, more privacy and, more natural light. Other guests passed our small windows on the ground floor. Not that it was so busy, but the shades had to be kept closed when in bed or, getting dressed. The main room was therefore a bit on the dark side for my taste.There was direct access from the garden passageway to our private entrance on the side of the house.

Hot tub could be hotter. Otherwise no complaints.... we really enjoyed out stay :)

Our expectations were far exceeded at the Chatham House B&B. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was so amazing. We were greeted by warm, welcoming staff, who made sure our needs were met. We will 100% be recommending this B&B to our friends & family, and plan to choose Chatham House for our future travels to Kelowna.

My only piece of feedback would be to allow the hot tub in the backyard to change temperatures (I wouldn't describe the water as hot) - we found it to be lukewarm water, and ended up showering in our rooms because we were chilly from being in it.

Breakfast was well presented in very much a French style more than enough was served. It was a cool morning so breakfast was served inside. We appreciated the service and communication with both host. Wish them both all the success they deserve.

Not from Canada we thought cups plate and spoon for room coffee would have been nice. But it seems to be the norm in Canada.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was amazing and freshly made for us. It was easy and safe to park on site. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The patio was very nice too and even had a jacuzzi. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.
