I stayed in a one-bedroom unit with a kitchen, which also had a wall bed in the living room and a sofa bed. The wall bed made it easy to free up space during the day, which was nice. However, it’s quite heavy, so it might not be suitable for senior women. Also, there’s no elevator to the second floor, so if carrying luggage is difficult, I recommend requesting a first-floor room in advance. The Independent supermarket in front of the hotel was convenient, as it opened at 7 a.m.

The electric kettle in the kitchen had verdigris (green rust), so I asked for a replacement, which they provided right away. However, the water boiled in the replacement kettle had a turmeric taste.

The stay and experience is good. The staff are friendly and we were able to check in a bit earlier. You get what you pay for. Clean rooms yet a bit outdated. Pool is warm, a bit tiny but we still enjoyed it. Room is quiet. We walked to the beaches and to downtown Kelowna. 25-35 minutes walk one way. We love walking and exploring so it is great and we get to save time finding parking.

There was a time when our tv keeps on turning off and channel change, probably it is being controlled by the other rooms? It is not a very big deal but kind of creepy.

The staff were all delightful and efficient and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We were actually upgraded to a larger suite, which was an unexpected and lovely surprise. The suite was very spacious, the bed super comfortable with lovely linen, the bathroom was spotlessly clean with an excellent shower and the kitchen compact but equipped with all that we needed to prepare a meal. The location was very convenient, across the road from a large supermarket, quiet, yet only a couple of minutes’ drive to the waterfront. We would highly recommend staying here.

The only negative was that there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the suite and we did bring this to the management’s attention so that the issue could be addressed.

I love the pool here! There are covered tents or shade for all of the beach lounge chairs and fresh pool towels available at front desk. The washroom and toiletries were great. Had to ask the front desk for another two sets of towels to match the number of guests. The staff were always wonderful to chat with. The staff were also extremely helpful when one of my family member's car broke down in the parking lot. They supplied their collection of screwdrivers and tools for them to use in an attempt to fix up the vehicle. Other guests were lovely and gave us a hand with loading the vehicle into the dolly for us to U-Haul it home.

The room details and their business card both lists a continental breakfast but they in fact do not offer that anymore.

Great staff, clean rooms and one of the most reasonably priced places in Kelowna. Central: Good if that's where you want to be. Many shopping and dining locations within short walking distance. Rooms well maintained and clean. All furnishings in working order and modern. Spacious.

Beware: $200 is blocked on credit card in addition to legitimate room charges. Only authorization, but this credit in unavailable for about a week. Constant work going on at this property, meaning noise.. Long term residents, including families with young noisy children. Central location may be convenient but also means traffic and noise. Rooms admit a lot of light at night. Presumably a security measure, but it lights up the rooms as well as the parking area.

Staff is friendly

Attention to deep cleaning towels , tiles in shower and bathroom floor. Should have proper amount of towels per person always have to ask for more and FACECLOTHS . I have stayed here quite a few times and the last two times have been accused of having a man in my room my son was with me before and they knew that and the next time my friend (a girl) was with me and they knew that so I don’t understand that and then when I went to front desk about it they spoke in their language so I didn’t even know what they were saying, not good . Have never caused any problems anytime I have stayed here was a bit pissed off .

It is conveniently located and the office is open for late arrivals. It is clean and quiet for international travellers who need to catch up on sleep. The management is open to personal requests regarding room preferences.

The ground floor rooms have exceptionally cold floors. Area carpets or complimentary slippers would be an added bonus. Heated flooring would be a lovely touch.

This motel was impressive. You can tell they take pride in the property and work hard to keep it clean. The rooms were remodeled and were perfect for the 3 of us. The beds were comfortable even the pull out bed. AC in both rooms and a tiny awesome kitchen. The pool was very clean and everything was easy and fun. Will definitely come he’s next time

We love the Oasis, located on Gordon just a few blocks off hwy 97 and one block from Mill Creek. This area has many restaurants within 500m and there is a grocery store right across the street.

The only concern I had was there is no way to throttle the shower. It's on or off. A small gripe on my part and this is typical of many hotels, but no one needs a full blast of water, and it is very wasteful.

The location was excellent, the price was well worth it, and the room was unique and cute. Loved the private bedroom.

Wasn't the right time of year for the pool, so I can not speak to that. Could hear the person above us walking and pacing back and forth. It was a little hard to sleep until the person settled for the night.
